[Banners are on the way] 1. Above all, be respectful of your moderators, the staff, and your fellows. Do not be rude, coarse, or unkind. Do not complain, bully, or cheat. Conduct yourself like a proper Gaian. 2. Save your drama for your mama, take it up outside of the thread. We don't want it. 3. Do not steal art! You will be reported to Gaia if caught doing so. Julian will eat your face if you do as well. 4. Events will be done in their own time. Do not pester the staff about the shop, customs, etc 5. You may not resell a pet or its offspring. 6. Do not ask for a free Noct! Free Nocts will come in their own time. 7. RP is not required, but serious, intelligent RPing is highly encouraged. 8. If there are too many consecutive one-liner/one word RP replies attention will be brought to it. Even if there are not many words, there are actions as well. 9. Spamming and trolling will be reported. Please see this post for clarification on rules 8 and 9. 10. Too many single word posts without a reason too will have attention brought to it. 11. You must be literate when posting in this thread. No chatspeak is allowed. 12. Obey all Gaian ToS 13. If there is an issue with something, please bring it to Julian's attention. 14. Co-owning is not allowed, under any circumstance. 15. Send all trades to the mule. 16. Prestige customs must obtain the permission of Juls to make sure it will not be used in an event. 17. RP is 100% welcome in the guild and has designated areas for it. 18. Nobody will obtain more than two Nocts per event unless the number of pets in the event permits more. They may also not be from the same type of obtainment. (two flats, two raffles, two auctions) Unless the number of pets / entries permits it. 19. Only five Nocts maybe be received during month long customs. This includes both unique and set line Nocts. During slot customs, somebody will claim no more than one slot. 20. Nocts must have been at adult/perma-child stafe for at least two weeks to breed. Out of respect to the offspring, Nocts may not breed again until their children are at least teens. 21. If you think you are breaking a rule or staff tells you to consider rules or Julian states you are breaking rules, STOP IMMEDIATELY. 22. Unless it is a CYO event, nobody but a colourist is to colour on shop lines. 23. Please try to be welcoming. How else is the shop to grow? Rules are subject to change at any time. |

[Banners are on the way] Q. May a same sex pair breed? A. Yes though there is an item that must be bought in order for it to happen. Q. Hey, can my common become an uncommon? A. Yes, there are items for this, just keep checking the item shop to see when they are in stock. Q. Do I have to RP? A. For common set line art ( not unique ) no, but if you have a unique that needs to grow, then yes. If it is an adult I won't hassle you. There are perks to rping though. Q. What are some RP perks? A. There are a few such as... *If you want to breed a unique line art pet you must RP. Set lines are exempt. *You may breed for free and procure two free Noct babies. Additional babies may be purchased. *You have a chance to begin your own clan if you have a Royal or Outcast during Clan Events Q. Can ANYONE start a clan? A. Only during an Clan event. Events will come with such events. Q. How will you know if we RPed? A. You'll have to prove it or use the guild so we can see it in plain sight. As much as the help would be nice, I prefer just me. You may be a colourist though if we are hiring. Q. Can any pet become a Royal? A. No, only a Royal can be a Royal. As for breeding only Royal x Royal children will be dubbed as Royals. Royals are meant to be a RARE type. Q. Why is a free raffle a game? A. *shrugs* Cuz it's free, all our games will usually be free. Q. What is the difference between set and unique lines? A. Set lines have others out there that look exactly the same only with a colour difference. Unique is one of a kind with no other Nocts out there that look similar unless a twin is ordered with permission or at the same time. Q. What is considered a newbie at Nocturna? A. A user who has 2 or less Noct. Q. Do I ask permission before or after I begin questing for a Prestige Noct? A. t's best to do so before questing, as it saves you time and work. Q. How do I go about asking for permission for my Prestige? A. PM the mule about it with a clear title. Q. What is a "perma child" Noct?" A. A perma-child noct is not necessarily a child. They are a noct that has been stunted in growth my the conflicting DNA of a large humanoid and two small animals. Their bodies are full developed in most cases. Only Nocts will be able to be permas. We have come to know ourselves as "Noct" a race as human as yourselves, yet above you in skill an ability. Even if you created us... We have broken our chains. A many great years ago, long before my time we Noct fought a great battle for our freedom against the human. Because of this we are not all on good terms. Many lives were lost on both sides but in the end the creation of the humans was the victor. We Noct prevailed. What are we? Who are we? We are creatures who were created to be watch dogs and toys to the humans. Slaves to them for our eternal lives. Created of the blood of a fox, a bat and a human. We bare the body of a human. Our legs slightly mutated from the animal genes, wings bore on our backs alongside a tail and ears stand tall upon our heads. A thin layer of fur coats part of our bodies. My name is Lucus. I am the lone survivor of my families name. Roughly 8 years ago we were attacked by one of our own. An outcast known as Acheron. While I was away he had planned to destroy my name completely and drag me to the ground in his servitude. I arrived home early.. What I found was blood, flames and destruction. My life was gone before me. Confronting Acheron we battled for many great hours.. in the process I lost sight in one of my eyes. I realize.. if it wasn't for Acheron I probably would have never down any of this.. But he showed me what a leader truly has to be.. |

[Banners are on the way] The commoners are the frequent Nocts seen around, they are average in size and ability, they are neither rich or poor, ugly or beautiful. They like all Nocts have the gift of flight, night vision, smell, and speed. **It is possible to obtaine UNIQUE line art commoners. ** Among both genders there are classifications by body size. [Banners are on the way] ** These are UNIQUE only lines and the harder to obtain. Usually only seen in raffles, and auctions. It is possible though to see them in flatsales for larger fee. They are ALWAYS bought at adult stage or perma child unless it is an event in which a younger stage is required.** The rare are Nocts which are above average, they are the Royals, the Outcasts, the Gypsy and the Brutes. Royals - Those everyone looks up to and wishes the could be, they are Nocts of the highest powers of money and education, even if they may not always seem so. Outcasts - The main cause of issues in Nocturna, they are thieves, banished Nocts and criminals. Gypsy - They have no ties to anyone, the gypsy are gifted with extremely keen senses and some say supernatural abilities. Brutes - The poor souls who have been in some sort of accident which has altered their appearance to be different from the average Noct. Prestige - These Noct are the most adventurous of the classes, coming from far and wide to settle on the island. (Cosplays) |

[Banners are on the way] While RPing CAN be done in the thread, I'd much prefer that it too place in the guild, not to be rude or limit the places you can RP, it's just easier to keep track that way. I don't care if you fool around in the threat though. This area will just be reserved for RPing info, links and perks. A few RPing Perks... *If proof of RP can be shown with a couple, they will earn a free 2 baby breeding. *RPing will make your unique lines noct grow! *If an Outcast and Royal has RP during clan events they can apply to form a clan. *RPing a set line Noct makes them eligible to buy an item to make them unique! |
