None of the creatures in this shop are RP required, but there are stages that you can acheive ONLY through RPing, and many other benifits to doing so.
Growths will happen, if they don't happen completely on time, please understand that not everything always goes as planned - they will grow eventually!

Flatsale Rules:
Fill the correct form, and fill it out correctly.
If in an attempt at a flatsale, NEVER edit your post.
Send a trade immediately after confirmation that you have won.

Auction Rules:
Only bid what you actually have.
Bid withdrawals will not be allowed.
All auctions have a 10 minute snipe guard.
Be civil with others bidding or action may be taken against you. This includes bragging or taunting discussion of funds in the thread.

** Proxy is allowed on both flatsales and auctions, however, in the case of a flatsale - please remember if you also plan to get one for yourself they can not be posted in the same post at the same time. They must be at different times.

The story of Eons begins years ago in a quiet, lonely forest, miles and miles away from any sort of civilization. Somewhere in the heart of that very same forest is a lake that has come to be known as Venus Lake. Nothing unusual ever happened, the squirrels and rabbits drank from the clean water, the deers grazed on the nearby grass... Until one day a star died.

A dying star might not be so unusual except... Soon after, another star died, and another, and another... And as each star died, an shimmering egg planted itself at the bottom of the lake, waiting to hatch. A week went by and two small, furred animals crawled out of the lake. One with soft, innocent eyes, tufts at the end of her ears and tufts of fur on her tail. The other with a stronger horn, sure eyes and less fur than his female counterpart.

Nameless, for now, the two roamed the forest, not knowing that the further they ventured from the lake, the more life that drained from the remaining eggs. When the couple finally returned to Venus Lake... They found there were no eggs left at the bottom, and no matter how many stars died, there were never any more.


Unbeknownst to the tiny critters, they had the power to save the other Gods.


As the months dragged on for the lonely little creatures, their bodies growing as most animals do, they found themselves able to walk... On two legs. Their hands able to grasp things and their mouths able to speak. Their language isn't one that a human would be able to understand, but they could finally communicate.

As they continued to grow, the fur shedding from their bodies, the female's horn merging into a single staff, the male's still forked and becoming stronger, his body built to be the protector of his female counterpart... They found new meaning. They were never meant to be the only two creatures of their kind, and so the two created more. However, the eggs they created didn't shimmer like their own, and the creatures born from those eggs, never grew to walk on two feet. The younger creatures began to think of the first two as their Gods, remaining humble and passive to them regardless of what happened until one day the Elder male lashed out angrilly, infuriated at the way their lives were being lived, him and his mate the only two able to communicate 'normally'. Of course he could understand the others, but their subservient natures towards him, their lack of understanding... It angered him. And the one he lashed out upon died, as to be expected if a God smites you.

Angered by his actions, his mate fled the forest for days, returning to find her mate tending to one of the others... And that he could walk on two feet. Upon questioning the new creature... He told them that a kind Goddess had given him the chance to return because he was worthy.

Eons have a normal three-stage cycle.



Egg: An egg like shell in a patch of leaves with a gem that seems to be growing out of the top. The egg is unisex.



Baby: On the left we have the male Eon and on the right we have the female. The female is much fluffier than the male.



Adult: On the left we once again have the male and on the right we have the female. The male is larger than the female and the female once again has more fluff than the male.

If you wish to get a Eon there are many different ways you will be able to.

Flatsales:
Speed: The fastest people to correctly do as they're told will win.
Raffle: Commonly called a flaffle. Over a period of time a list of names will be collected and then names will be drawn.

Raffles:
You buy tickets for a chance to win a certain Eon. We use the random number generator to determine the winner.

Q. Are Eons roleplay mandatory?
A. No, however, if you wish to unlock later stages roleplay may be required. Stay tuned for more information.

Q. May I have one for free? If not, how much do they cost?
A. Gifts may be given out from time to time, however, please do not beg. On a normal occasion you can achieve a pet for 5,000G. Prices may vary.

Q. How often do Eons grow?
A. Every seven days. So once a week. If you get an Eon on a Monday, it will grow the following Monday.

Q. Can I co-own with my friend?
A. To make it easier, only auctions will be co-ownable.

Q. I no longer want my Eon, can I sell it to another person?
A. No, you cannot sell it. However, if you no longer want it you may give it away to another person OR sell it back to the thread for 5,000G.
