*Back, drenched and loving it* There was thunder rumbling its pleasure so I decided it was time to come in. Although the beach was wonderfully void of life. (Laughs)

How can you love getting wet ? You bad cat. *holds a giant towel* At least at my parents' rain can be warm, but here it's always cold. Evil, evil wet weather ! *hiss*

[Lhance]

I'm an eccentric feline, with bizarre, but lovable quirks, (I say with a large smile, and yet does take the towel and dries off; fine golden hair puffing about my head madly)

(Quickly runs fingers through the mane to tame it and says) The rain is quite chill here too, direct from the cold Pacific Ocean. But it was a long hot summer, and I am ready to see the changes to fall.

I love hot summers, and I love warm downpours when it's hot. I miss my nice Mediterranean weather so much.*sighs* Here wind is coming from the Channel, so it's... well... pretty like the proverbious wet and rainy english weather. *grumbles*

[Lhance]

(Laughs and gives you a warm hug) But cool weather offers opportunities that summer cannot offer. Cuddling, warm flannel blankets, hot chocolate with marshmallows, vibrant colors of leaves that turn to crimson red, golden yellow and rich oranges. Rain showers to laugh under and dance with raindrops, and crisp nights where the full moon hangs in the velvety sky.

It's a lost battle, Lhance, I've lived in mountains and had my share of hot chocolates in front of the fireplace. I made my choice long ago : while I love red leaves flying in the air, I prefer my trees with theirs ! *chuckles*

[Lhance]

Oh. (Pauses a moment to consider than laughs) All the same; you were spoiled with a good thing. But too much of anything is no fun.

Then enjoy your bright summer days and warm rains.

And I'll be happy with both. But not for long! (Laughs)

I just remembered something : I may be very mixed about fall because it always came with grape harvesting when I was young. And it's such a tiring and uninteresting thing to spend free time on that I didn't associate very good memories with this season. *thinks*
Even if stuffing yourself with ripe grape is quite nice. *chuckles*

[Lhance]

Grape harvesting? For something like wine? (I ask, wide-eyed) And as a youth, its understandable it would be tedious. When I was younger, I would go to my aunts house and it would be pear, apple, and blackberry picking. Which was fun, but the apples and pears always grew too high off the ground, and the blackberry vines hurt! (Laughs)

Such are the memories of children; full of dreary chores and sparkles of pain. (Laughs) xd
