HyTech is for the most part a kind of technicoloured harmonious lalaland of eugenics dewdrops and rainbows -
as Maxx once said, "the Badlist is so apathetic that only the 'T' is working, and even so, not very well."
However, the drama llama spares no one, and every now and then, we get pissed off enough to blow the whistle
and pull out the little black book [not that little black book, the other one].
Our Blacklisting system is loosely based off the misconduct carding system used in football [soccer] -
except perhaps more the Graham Poll Croatia v. Australia World Cup 2002 model, ahahah...



1st regular Offence = 1st Yellow card
2nd regular Offence = 2nd Yellow card
3rd regular Offence = Red Card for 2 Yellows - Sending off [Blacklist]
Major Offence = Instant Red Card - Sending off [Blacklist]

Why not just say three strikes rather than going through all this trouble?
It makes Maxx feel a lot more goodhumoured about something he's usually foaming at the mouth over instead...
