I posted a few things that were brought up in this thread, in the FAQ post on the front page. I've gotta go now, but before I forget, I'd like to make clear that quirks, habits, etc. aren't going to be considered the same as memories! Like patterns of speech or chewing the inside of their cheek or an affection for Red Bull would all be seemingly innate qualities for a Hiccup rather than learned ones.
