I think that the requirment to make 2 journal post every three weeks is a bit unreasonable. Maybe make it once every three weeks?

i don't know about that - these are meant to be reasonably intensive, and one 500 word journal post every week and a half is pretty easy compared to some of the stores i've seen.

But it could possibly be amended to include in guild RP as being an equal contributor?

I'd have to ask everyone else what they thought - but for the mean time i'll leave it as it is.
