Just did some reading on it.

Its Bacon, sausage, hot dogs, ham and cured meat, and other processed meats that MIGHT raise the RISK of stomach cancer. Not give you cancer. However, this shouldn't even be an issue if you don't constantly eat these types of things (which you're not supposed to anyways XD)

Its the same idea behind the guy who tried to make oreos stop producing cookies because they could give you serious heart problems...................................if you eat more than you really should, aka, shoveling a box or two in your face. >_>

So as long as you eat moderately, I don't think they will cause an issue.
