thank you chinny i was not sure, i have seen a few pretties from the event certed as fledglings and if im not mistaken a few were neonates

hence the reason im confused. just want to be sure of what i need to do to have her certed correctly.

i can change it in the cert thread once i know which rank she receives.

fledgeling=newly turned vampire (i'd imagine these would be fae's who were once mortal but got embraced)

neonate= newly released fledgling

Yea, sox.

It can honestly go either way. Fledgling is generally what most new vampires start off as, though they can come as Neonates as well. Fledgling is just what's used more often.
