Faetasia is a magical island that literally grows and adapts to the races that live upon it. It is currently a set of four items, three of which float in the sky. Faetasia itself is the large floating island in the center. It sports the largest lake and lush woods all around. All races are welcome in Faetasia.

Floating to the side is Mevarron, the neutral island. Only faekats of neutral alignment are allowed to exist there. They are very strict about their balance and way of life.

Above Faetasia is Saradonia, the pure island. Only races pure of heart can walk upon this beautiful island. Evil faekats cannot bare to look upon it. They say that the beauty of Saradonia rivals even the realm of the gods.

The island that lies on the ocean far below the floating islands is Hemlock, the dark island. This is where the evil faekats reside when they aren't in Faetasia trying to cause mischief. Hemlock is a very dangerous place and only those strong dare venture there.

Dragons fly around offering rides from one island to the next as well as floating cloud taxi cabs. The island is constantly shifting and changing so expect the unexpected. The beautiful art piece you see to the side was made by the talented AvaH.Kaedo, and features the faekat couple, Rhiana and Dire. Below, you'll find the actual Dire faekat for an example of a pet at this shop.

I have a couple of things for your reading pleasure here.

1. If you have an old, un-used and unwanted thread in the Faekat Guild PLEASE mark it as 'Delete Me' so I can go through and clean out the guild of all unwanted threads. Now, this does NOT mean that you absolutely have to mark every thread you aren't using for deletion. ONLY threads you DO NOT want should be marked. Have an old RP you want to keep for sentimental reasons? By all means, keep it. But if you want to toss any of them PLEASE mark them!

2. PLEASE REGISTER ALL COSPLAYS, and anything else that is defined under the list given in THIS THREAD, so we can update the Racial lists. It will help the staff out greatly! And an updated staff is a happy staff. c: After you've submitted all of those then please make sure to register ALL of your Kats in the offsite registry so that they will be officially registered. Read the directions carefully to ensure your Kat is registered correctly. If there is no Racial category for your Kat in the form then skip over it. The Kat's race not being there likely means that that specific Racial category has not been added yet but will be added in the future. Remember, all Faekats that were colored by those OTHER than official staff colorists and guests are Color Your Own races! Registration is important! Thank you.

• Regulars :: M Old F New F The most common of the faekats, they are good creatures with a big heart.
  
• Pures :: M F These pets are truly honorable with strong morals and a protectiveness over all good races.
  
• Baddies :: M F An evil race that loves to bully the good pets of Faetasia.
  
• Majerae :: Old F New F A female only race full of strong inner magic beyond any other race's capabiliites.
  
• Kryenae :: Old M New M These male kats have strong telekenitic abilities so can do wondrous things with their mind.
  
• Nymphae :: Old F New F These females have an ability to charm nearly anything they want from most faekats. Only the stronger willed can resist.

Uncommon:

• Amazons :: F Amazons live up to their name. They are a group of solitary females that rarely leave their own race. When they do, it's usually to look for a male to breed with.
  
• FaeElves :: M F The elves are solitary creatures that prefer to stick to their own kind. The clans types are: Aquatic, Moon, Sun, High, Wood and Dark
  
• FaeBear :: M F These bears are lazy for the most part but when you anger them.. their strength triples! Watch out for their rage!
  
• FaeFox :: M F This foxes are cunning. They make excellent spies. Do you think you can trust them?
  
• FaeSkunk :: F This female only race is very gentle and sweet. Don't piss her off or you may get sprayed.
  
• FaeDragon :: M F The dragons have come to Faetasia recently. They are strong willed and stubborn. Males are flyers and females are swimmers.
  
• FaeRabbits :: F These female rabbits are motherly types. They have babies on the brain. Watch out males!
  
• FaeBat :: F These female bats used to be slaves and are finally learning to live on their own. Only one of ther arms has a wing to keep them from flying.
  
• Hopper:: F These females are excellent hoppers. They can jump 20 foot in height and length!
  
• Horse :: M F The horses are wild and carefree creatures. The rarer types include: Pegasi, Unicorns, Seahorses, Nightmares and Daymares.
  
• Raccoon :: M The Raccoons are a meaner race that loves to steal from others. They don't do this because they may want an item, they do it to hurt others.
  
• Bush Baby :: M This is a male only race with a taste for insects. They love to spend their time climbing on trees. This race was added by Roddy McMay.
  
• Faefish :: F The Faefish are a playful female race that live in the waters on/around Faetasia. They are the only kind water race that exists.
  
• Faehawk :: M The Faehawks are intelligent males. They are excellent hunters as well as predators. Do not make them your enemy.
  
• Faelion :: M The lions are a lazy race of males. They prefer to try to find women to do all their work for them.
  
• Meeki :: F The Meeki race are evil creatures that enjoy spreading as much pain and misery as possible.
  
• Sharks :: M The sharks are a race of sweet tempered males that live in both fresh and salt water areas. They are enemies of the evil water races.
  
• Porcupine :: F The porcupines are a race of females. Many of them become assassins. All have the ability of using their quills as weapons.
  

Rare:

• Meanki :: Old F New F This female race is vulgar, violent and beautiful. They know it and won't let you forget it.
  
• Maedra :: F This female race is very pixie-like and quite small. They can hide in the most obscure places and enjoy playing tricks on others.
  
• Rabbits :: F These male rabbits are wild and have an evil streak to them. They love getting into physical fights.
  
• Lizards :: F These females are usually shy but when pushed have a toughness about them. They are skilled at fighting.
  
• Fluffae :: F This female race love to live in trees and use their large wings to glide around. They are really playful.
  
• FaeSquirrel :: M This male race consider themselves to be the cutest. They love attention from the ladies and love giving it to them!
  
• Siren :: Old F New F This female race lives in the water (though they can go on ground for extremely short periods). They are evil and love to play tricks on the surface males.
  
• Buck :: M This male race is very territorial and arrogant. They like to try to control all the females in the area.
  
• HarpyKat :: F This female race (male to come?) is part bird and part feline. They are sweet creatures naturally.. at least no one has seen their bad side yet.
  
• Spider :: M F The female spiders are nice whereas the males of the race are evil. Though they are opposite in alighment, females and males get along well together.
  
• Snake :: M Do not trust this male race. They come with a poisonous bite that they aren't afraid to use.
  
• FaeTaur :: F Faetaurs are faekats that are merged with felines so they have four lower limbs and two upper ones. They are really strong and fast on their feet.
  
• Lothfera :: M F They're highly in tune with nature, and tend to live off the land. They're usually peaceful, although rogue dark ones also exist.
  
• Wazzit :: M Wazzits have powerful elemental magic that cover Earth, Wind, Water and Fire. They are the only spellcasters that can rival the Majerae.
  
• Medusae :: F Medusae are an evil race of snake women. Unlike the others, they actual have snakes that come out of their heads and the ability to turn others to stone for a short time.
  
• Renp :: M This is a male only race though sometimes it's hard to tell because he likes being pretty.
  
• Seasnake :: F This all-female race may look evil upon first glance but they are actually quite friendly. Their long tail changes into legs when they are near land.
  
• Doppelganger :: ?? The Doppels are genderless. Or rather, they can switch genders on whim. They are shapeshifters that can take on the form of nearly anything.
  
• Kirin :: F These females are sweet natured and have an extraoridinary healing ability. They love to help others.
  
• Faelón :: F These females are dryads by nature. Flowers grow from their body and they can turn into a tree upon whim. These trees (Treants) can move around and even attack others.
  
• Heartsnatchers :: F These girls have been born with a fear of love. As children, they cut their hearts out and keep it in a bag. The heart continues to beat and grow but due to the separation, the girls no longer feel anything associated with the heart. If they can learn to love, they can take the heart out of the bag and put it back within their body, thus becoming whole once more.
  
• Jackals :: M F This proud and secretive race prefers darkness to daylight and are adept at deception and thievery.
  

Elite:

• Pandas :: M+F Most pandas come in a set. Be they mates, siblings or simply friends, one panda is never too far off from another. One is usually nice and one ebil. A perfect balance.
  
• Soulbonders :: F+F Soulbonders are a race of female companions. One is good, one evil and together they bring each other peace. They can also feel each others emotions. They are truly one.
  
• Pack Wolves :: M+F The Pack Wolves are nomadic wolves that seldom leave the woods. Many form packs so that they can hunt together and battle any enemies they may have.
  
• Demons :: M/F Demons are cruel creatures that love to torture all other living things. They are immune to fire and have fire attack spells.
  
• Vampires :: M/F The vampires are cursed creatures that must drink the blood of others to survive.
  
• Werewolves :: M F These wolves are territorial creatures and despise usually all outsiders. They hate undead and unnatural creatures the most.
  
• Zombies :: M/F These undead creatures know no pain, no emotions and no guilt. They are completely evil. They feed off flesh of animals they catch.
  **Note: The Faelón cannot be Zombies.
  
• Freaks :: M/F There's no set way on how freaks look, because they are freaks. They all vary!
  
• Hybrids :: F Similar to freaks, Hybrids are a unique and varying race. Hybrids usually have characteristics from two different animals.
  
• Dracolith :: M The Dracoliths awoke from their slumber within the mountain. They vary in alignment and temperment.
  
• Zamphir :: F The Zamphirs are half vampires, half mortal faekats. As such, they have a lot of the strengths of a vampire but none of their weaknesses. They tend to make excellent vampire hunters.
  
• Succubus :: F The Succubi are an all female race that steals the souls of mortal men. Each Succubi must be a part of one of the clans. These clans are: Nightstalkers, Phatasm, Eldritch, Embrae, Imagica, Sekhmet, Sangre, Venin, Vainglaree, Ashwalkers, Euphoria, and Terasin. Info of these clans can be found on page 2.
  
• Cosplays :: M/F This faekats are usually lineart editted to look like a character from an anime, book, movie, etc.
  
• Unique :: M/F Unique pets are usually custom drawn so may not look like any of the other races.

Special:

• Deities :: M/F Deities are the ultimate race in Faetasia. They are the gods that rule over the world. Each comes with a domain that they follow and rule over.
  
• Angeliques :: M/F Angeliques are angelics that got chosen to be the loved one of a God. They become more powerful and gain some of the abilities of their god as well.
  
• Angelics :: M/F They are bodygaurds, protectors, generals or messengers. They have angelic powers and are good and friendly in general.
  
• Dark Angelics :: M/F They are also bodyguards, protectors, generals or messengers. However, they are rude and mean where Angelics are nice.
  
• Holykats :: M/F Holykats are pure creatures that detest all evil and will fight to banish evil from the lands. They can cure illnesses and undead.
  
• Unholykats :: M/F Unholykats are undead creatues that detest all things good and will try to banish good things from the and. They can curse and cause illnesses in others.
  
• Demi-Gods :: M/F Demi-Gods are offspring of Gods that bred with mortals. They aren't really special. They are just slightly stronger and smarter than average faekats.
  
• Nephilim :: M/F These are 'half angels'. They can only exist when a seraphim or angelics breed with a mortal. There's a one in four chance that your baby could be born a Nephilim.
  
• Seraphim :: F These females are angelic warriors. They can be strength or tactical but they are usually behind most wars or battles between the deities. Most deities should have a Seraphim or few.

Event:

• Deerkin :: F These gentle females are fragile and easily frightened. It takes a lot to tame their hearts. Given out during Christmas 2006.
  
• Ferrets :: F Ferrets are natural thieves. Do not trust them around items you hold dearly for they will most likely find their way into their pockets. These were given out at Vday 2007.
  
• Fool I Am :: M The Fool I Am are a race of lying, deceiving tricksters that enjoy misleading others for their own amusement. Given out during April Fools 2007 to those 'fooled'.
  
• Fool I'm Not :: F The Fool I'm Not are a pure race that loves laughing and enjoying their lives. Given out during April Fools 2007 to those 'not fooled'.
  
• Lizard :: M Not much is known yet about this egotistical male race. They are very lovely, and take great pains to make sure they stay that way!
  
• Mutant Baby :: An alternative to those that didn't want to color a ferret. They get the option to color a mutant perma-baby instead. -- Still needs drawn.
  
• UniTaur :: F The uni-tarus are peaceful females that love nature and life. They prefer to live simply, looking for nothing more than to enjoy their days.

Elder: -- Requires Elder Credit

• Regular :: M F :: It's said that the Faekats with the biggest hearts are made Elders.
  
• Pure :: M F :: The purest of heart, body, mind, and spirit. You would be hard-put to find any mortal do-gooder on Faetasia!
  
• Baddie :: M F :: Nasty! That's what these Elders are, mean and tricksy. I guess that's why they're so special!
  
• Majerae :: F :: Some of the most powerful magic users in all of Faetasia, these Elders are respected for their prowess in the arcane.
  
• Kryenae :: M :: You'd be hard-put to keep these Faekats out of your mind. Their telekinesis and telepathy skills are insurmountable!
  
• Nymphae :: F

Perma Babies:

• Buffaelo :: These stubborn males are slow but strong. One doesn't always need intelligence in life and they prove it. They have a big heart and a gentle spirit.
  
• Sinful Kat :: The Sinful kats are all about breaking as many of the deadly sins as possible. In fact, their goal is to see how many they can bring at one time.
  
• BeeKat :: A usually sweet race, they are not afraid to use their stinger on you if you keep bothering them. They love to collect honey to make goodes with.
  
• MerKat :: Much like the Siren, their fins turn into legs upon land. Unlike Sirens, they are violent and will attack just about any faekat that gets in their way.
  
• Rain Sprite :: These little mischievous sprites are rumored to be children of the deity, Rainmaker. They have both a solid and smoke-like form and hide in rainclouds.
  
• Dreamer :: The Dreamers are adorable little males that are powerful illusionists. They use their tails to pain images in the air and those images come to life for a short period of time.
  
• Deadite :: The Deadites are an evil race of babies cloned and created from Kindred, the daughter of the vampire god.

Gen: This is in the upper left corner and tells the generation of the pet. Is it a generation 1, 2 or 3? Is it a special edition pet?

Owner: In the upper center section of the card you will find the pet owner's name.

Gender: Is your faekat a male or female? It's always great to know!

Race: This lets everyone know what kind of faekat you have.

Birthday: This is usually the day your faekat was made but for roleplay purposes, sometimes the birthday is left off.

Alignment: This will let you know if your faekat is good, evil or neutral.

Rank: This is usually blank on most cards. It's usually used for special faekats such as gods and clan vampires and/or wolves.

Specialty: What they are gooooooood at.

Colorist: This lets everyone know who colored your pet.

Breeding: Next to the image of the little egg is the breeding slot. This will let you know how many offspring your faekat is allowed to have.

Mate: On the lower left is the mate section. This allows others to know that your faekat has bonded wtih another on a romantic level.

♥ Stages ♥

Egg: Eggs are simply.. eggs. But what's special about these eggs is that they cannot break.

Baby: Once the egg hatches, you'll have a baby. The babies will want to explore and will have a thirst for knowledge. Plants and animals will protect the youngster though it's always nice to have a parent around just in case. There's a lot of evil in Faetasia.

Adult: The adult stage is the final stage for now. Elders may be added in the future. Faekats can find romance at this stage, breed to have children, and start making decisions on their own. With adulthood comes the freedom to do many things. Enjoy!

.:General Rules:.
1. No Stealing or Altering Lineart without my permission.
2. No selling or trading faekat pets.
3. No giving away faekat pets without prior permission.
4. No cosplay aspects (name, personality, looks) can be given to a Faekat unless it's a genuine cosplay pet.
5. Drama is welcome in the thread as long as it's not personal and/or terribly offensive or just plain irritating.
6. No payment plans, had bad experiences in the past with them.
7. No reserving flatsale pets or custom slots.
8. Faekats cannot be based on real people. No exceptions.
9. No godmoding.. unless you're playing a God. Hehe.
10. If a cosplay pet is inactive for too long, a secondary version may be made for an active pet owner. The original pet will still be able to breed and such.
11. If a ranked faekat (god, vampire) is inactive for too long, they could be demoted and an active god or vampire created to take the lead. They will still be highly respected kats but will hold no ruling power.
12. Homosexual faekats cannot breed without the use of a demi-god or goddess of fertility. The demi-god/goddess has to be the opposite gender of the two homosexual faekats. This makes breeding for homosexual pets more expensive than heterosexual ones.
13. Faekats cannot be bisexual unless permission granted from Meeki. Bisexuality is very rare.
14. All faekats fear the gods. Failure to show proper respect to a deity, even one you despise, could result in well, bad things. >.>
15. Faekats are not roleplay required but again, in regard to ranks, they can be demoted if inactive.
16. Faekat cannot be based on deceased loved ones or pets. It's simply too disrespectful. These are roleplayable and breedable pets after all.
17. You can only have one custom pending at this shop at a time. Please wait until one custom is completed before going for another.


.:Auction Rules:.
1. No gloating. Please do not post how wealthy you are, state you are unbeatable or how many items you have left that you didn't bid.
2. No begging to co-own. If you are found asking or harassing bidders into co-owning a faekat with you, you will be banned from the shop. That is disrespectful and will not be tolerated.
3. Absolutely no sniping. If you don't show interest early on in the auction, please don't take part in it towards the end.
4. No group bidding. No more than two people can bid together for a specific faekat. If others want to contribute, they have to do so through pms.

.:Colorist Rules:.
1. Flatsales must take place in the flatsale post of the main shop. One flatsale per month requirement. Minimum 3 kats per flatsale. Extra flatsales are optional, at flatsaler's own leisure.
2. Customs Slots should be handled in a post on the second page of this shop.
3. Please keep your staff sections from becoming image heavy.
4. Editing the lineart is fine. However tracing over it or changing it into your own work is not.
5. If on a hiatus, please let me know.
6. 1/3rd of all sales go to me. 2/3rds is kept by the colorist.
7. Pet trades can be accepted among flatsale/colorist staff twice a month, free.
8. Breeding trades can be accepted among breeding staff twice a month, free.
9. Flatsale/Custom Staff are welcome to trade a custom pet for a breeding with Breeding Staff in exchange for one of their custom/breeding slots per month, free.
10. All staff can make themselves a faekat once every two months, free. Elite + races are a no-go, and all concepts should be approved through Nessy or Meeki.
