Well, most Native American tribes didn't really have a 'ranking' system (which is a good example to steal ideas from), but you could use ranks that they might have been labeled with? Like, commoner or villager, some type of craftsman, warrior, shaman or medicine man, or um...Hmm...*tries to think*
