Caleb sat comfortably upon a cool boulder near the lake. The shade was rather preferred over the blaring sunlight. Unfortunately for him, he could not sleep the whole day through and was reluctantly awake at this afternoon hour. If it was possible, he would be back in his own neck of the woods, curled up and fast asleep. Though, such was not the case, so he kept to slight shadows made by the forest.

Liliana giggled at the sight of Kai's fur changing color. "I see. That makes sense then." She stood up and held out a paw towards the two. "My name is Liliana. You can call me Lili for short. Especially you, little one," she said giggling, tapping little Rain's nose. "You are quite a sight, I must say. Adorable!"

Awww, so cute. My dog came and woke me up twice this morning. He hates being alone so whenever anyone leaves the house, he always comes up to my room looking for me. I have to give him tons of attention before I leave the house so that he knows I am leaving. XD

Aine looked at the fae that had started talking to her. She hadn't seen him there before so she was caught off guard by the greeting. Brushing some of her hair from out if her eyes, she watched the fae closely as she answered. "My name is Aine. Mind telling me who you are?"

On the other side of the lake, Spectra giggled as she watched her little pixie friend played around in the water. She used her tail to lightly flick water at her and occasionally would tickle her with her tail as well. Looking up, she noticed a fae on the opposite side of the lake. Standing up and motioning for the little pixie friend of hers to follow, she made her way over to the othe fae. "Hi!" She smiled sweetly at the other, saying nothing else.

((Pretty good. I'm currently in the process of moving, so my online time is sporadic, though. XD))

"Wili!" Rain said excitedly. He grabbed her paw, now turning it and Kai's arm to green. "Pwetty!"

"Sorry about that! Rain! Turn the nice lady's fur back to normal, please." Kai said. "It's okay to turn me colors, not others." Rain pouted and Lili's arm went back to silver. "It's nice to meet you, Lili. Do you come here often?"

Name's Karn Evil, but you can call me Karn." He said. "So, what's a fae like you doing out here? No one ever comes here when I'm about."

Aine gave a strange look to Karn. She wasn't sure how to take what he said, so she eventually shrugged it off. It was probably nothing after all. "Well I have never been to this place before so I thought I would come and look around a bit. And so you know, no normal fae could intimidate me enough to not go wherever I want to go."

Karn gave a small chuckle. "Normal, eh? What's classified as normal to you? And what gives you that high and mighty attitude? You're just another fae. In fact, I bet that you should be the one to be intimidated." Karn said, giving another chuckle, bearing his fangs.

Aine let out a small giggle. The other fae didn't know she was the child of a deity. Thinking this would prove to be much fun, Aine gave the other a fake sweet smile. "It's so cute seeing an ebil fae trying to intimidate others that don't get intimidated easily. I give you points for trying though."

For a moment, Caleb didn't realize someone was talking to him. He was contently staring off and trying to recall the nightmare he was having. When his brain finally registered the other fae's presence, he immediately turned to her. "Yes?" he said, his tone almost flat. "I apologize for not noticing you a moment before. Good afternoon." He figured it would be a good idea to be polite rather than his usual sarcastic antics.

Staring at her fur, Liliana was quite amazed as what just happened. Never before had she witnessed even the slightest form of magic from another fae. Not since that first day she stepped into the clearing when she met Chaos herself! "That is some neat trick you have, Rain," she spoke with a hint of awe in her voice. "Really, Kai, it's okay. No harm done," she smiled to them both.

"I'm a painter, so I usually keep to myself and stay near my home. But lately, the clearing has been much more inspirational, especially with the scenic views I see here. I may start coming here much more often!" she exclaimed quite happily. "Besides, friends would be a good thing to have in my life, don't you think?" Winking at Kai and Rain, she turned to pick up her stone and showed it to them.
