I have a computer again! Just bought a new one and set it up. It's a little weird having a desktop after using a laptop for many years. I'm almost not sure what to do with a monitor this big.

Nice, Mew : D! And yeah now that I think about it, it's been years since I consistently worked on a desktop. My laptop monitor is a decent size though, so I don't notice when I do work on a desktop

When I'm in the desktop monitors at work, it's not so jarring. But I went from about a 15' laptop screen to about a 23' desktop screen, so that's a bigger difference.

i'm actually thinking of going back to a desktop after this labtop craps out on me. Hopefully by then I'll be out of college and not need to lug a computer around with me.

Yeah, I figured by now I have a tablet that I can use for portable internet, and I was mostly using my laptop as a desktop replacement anyway, though one I could sit on my bed with if I wanted.
