Welcome to the new fertility clinic Double Trouble; a breedable thread for characters wishing to become pregnant. Double Trouble caters to both couples and singles and increases fertility with a shot. A shot that makes couples have twins.

Yes, each couple who gets a child here will get a set of happy healthy twins. Twins with what appears to be an odd birthmark and even stranger powers. It seems to fit the even stranger doctor that runs the special clinic.

Flatesale Rules

● Flatesales will be priced 30k, unless stated otherwise. It's priced because the average FS goes for 15k and in these you get twins no matter what, so twice the work for artists equals twice the pay from you.
● Payment Plans are accepted, and do not be afraid to ask for one. I will ask for 5k up front and then will want 2-5k a week till your debt is paid. If you do not pay once a week your twins can have growth delay or even taken away.
● You must have entry in before deadline. Once a FS is started you will have a set time to get your entry in. You can only be late if you have a REALLY good reason not and we're feeling generous. Don't count on it.
● No editing once entry is entered You don't need much more then this do you?
● Only one entry per person No you can't try for more than one slot, and no proxying (using mules to apply twice)
● Your work only! Claiming other’s work is illegal, and will not be appreciated. Editors however are legal, accepted and even encouraged.
● No discouraging others to join We will not appreciate this, and you may be disqualified and gray listed if we catch you doing this.
● Entries can be in ether first or third person We do not care which you use but use one or the other.
● Don't be a sore loser/winner We all know it sucks to lose a FS, but you don't think to complain about it. This will not be appreciated and will not make us want to give you one later. Also if you win and we see you rubbing it in the face of the losers you will get in trouble. Be nice people!
● Send all payments to Dr. Ronchas, If sent to the staff we will accept it as a donation. You have been warned.
● Do not rush our decisions We understand you can be antsy but you must wait.
● No refunds will be give Ever, unless there has been a mistake due to us, though I'm not sure how>>

RP Rules

● No Godmoding Big fat duh here! Magic has limits just like everything else, don't pretend there is none!
●Formal (aka literate) RP only 3rd, or first person here. No *, with "" and everything. Story format.
●OOC must be kept separate from IC If a RP is going on, make sure people can tell when you're all OOC and when you're not.
● What happens in RP is fiction and not real. Please do not take offense just because someone in RP says something bad about your character. They don't mean it about you.
● RP Regularly This is an RP intensive pet and we will want regular journal posts, and RPs and yes you will be expected to keep up on both.
● Non-Double Trouble pets welcomed You got pets from other parts of Gaia? Feel free to RP them here, so long you don't neglect your twins.
● You're free to RP without twins This is placed in the world of Gaia, your prospective owner is allowed to visit the office before receiving an actual appointment, or just RP with other owners.

Auction Rules

● All Auctions start at 30k this is more of an announcement than a real rule but all auctions start at the FS price and then go up from there.
● No sniping! All bids in the last ten minutes of the auction will extend the auction ten minutes, we want everyone to have a fair shot at winning the auction.
● No Scare Tactics which can include and isn't limited too; discussing funds, discouraging other people to enter, making people feel guilty for entering.
● Second accounts available, anyone can bid in an auction unless for some reason it's stated other wise. This means even if you have an account you can go for another.
● Co-bidding is allowed if who you're pooling your funds with is your partner. Make sure to include your patners name so we know that you're together.
● Bid in one slot at a time. This means you can not be the high bid in two slots or more slots at once. This does not mean that you can't be actively bidding in two or more slots just if you hold the high bid in one you can't bid in the others.
● No whining. Don't whine about not being able to afford an auction. We have plenty of FS opportunities for you to try for.
● Play nice with the others in the thread please. It just makes it more fun for everyone involved and really, we just want a nice time.
● Send all trades to the mule. Winners will need to send their trade and complete custom form to the mules. All trades sent to non-mule accounts will be accepted as donations.
● Only dontion, cash shop, and event items accepted!All items will be accepted at marketplace pricing. Please only offer items if they're worth 1k+.

Adain sighed as he walked out, hands in his pocket as he glanced over at Chel, grinning a bit when he noticed the ring on her finger. He loved seeing it there, almost as much as he liked fiddling with his own ring. He was obsessed with this now that he had it.

"Well they were annoyingly snotty." Adain glanced over his shoulder at the pencil thin woman who glared at him and he stuck his tongue out at them. He always hated women like that; snotty and so sure they were better than him just because he lacked a large enough bank account to make them pant.

Chel only nodded meekly, fiddling with her own ring. Even with both their salaries combined they hadn't even had close to enough to afford a procedure there. It was shocking, how hard it was to find a decent fertility clinic.

"We'll…find somewhere else.." She said, grinning weakly, but the search was wearing down on her. She wanted to have a family with Adain, but…well, that was proving much harder than expected.

"Are you seeking help getting with child?" a man stepped forward, a wide grin on his face. He seemed harmless enough, his eyes a bright gentle blue. He was a few inches shorter than Adain, and was slightly husky with slightly messy black hair. The oddest thing about him was the outfit he made out of white doctor’s scrubs. He looked like he might belong in the clinic they just left it if wasn't for how approachable he seemed.

Adain looked him over with a frown, suspicious of about anyone who just approached random people on the street. There were a lot of freaks in Gaia, and not just on the outside, but inside too.

"Maybe, who are you?"

"Dr. Steven Ronchas." the man pulled a deep bow before grinning up at them with a friendly grin, "You see, I just opened own clinic, but I don't really have a lot of customers. I want to cater to people who need help but don't necessarily have the money for places like this." He nodded to the clinic behind him.

Chel, even though she was still not a long time resident of Gaia, was wary…but glanced at the clinic behind them. She couldn't help but feel guilty. When they'd first proposed the idea…that they were ready for kids, Adain had seemed so eager. Both of them had been. But after months and months of nothing.

"We're interested..." Chel said. It wouldn't hurt to get information, would it?

"Great!" the man grinned happily, honestly enthralled. He finally had some customers. He could finally get somewhere. It only took one domino to start a chain, and in this case it was two. "Please, please, follow me." Dr. Ronchas bid before turning around, to lead them away from the main street.

Adain frowned, but grabbed Chel hand, before glanced to her, "You sure you want to follow him? He seems a little weird to me." Adain admitted, looking over to the man's retreating back. "Very...happy."

Chel turned to him for a moment before glancing over at the Doctor, then back at Adain. "I…I get what you're saying but…" She bit her lip.

"We've been trying for a long time and all these places are so…exclusive..." She said with a sigh, placing her forehead to rest on Adain's shoulder. "It can't hurt to get some information, can it?" She posed this as a real question. Gaia was an odd place.

Adain was quiet for a moment and sighed, "I'm pathetic. I wish Reiha was here. She has such a bullshit meter." Adain shook her head then glanced at Chel and smiled, "I'd like to try, after all, if he could help us..." he grinned at her and nuzzled.

"I'd love to have kids, our kids." he admitted, and not for the first time.

Dr. Ronchas stopped and looked back to see the man nuzzle his woman and tilted his head to the side. They were perfect, young, idealistic, desperate, just the kind of...costumers he preferred best. The woman might ask a lot of questions but she seemed eager to please the good nature man.

Perfect.

"Hurry, hurry!" he urged, "We have a little ways to go."

"We'll ask for information, then if we think it's ok. We'll go again with Reiha." She said, agreeing with Adain in that fact that Reiha was most often a very good judge of character.

She nuzzled him back. "I would too.. That's why I think we should go.. At least get a pamphlet or a business card..." She said, before the man called after them. Nodding she turned back to Adain and grinned.

"Besides, it's not totally far-fetched to wait outside an expensive fertility clinic for customers. Desperate perhaps, but not mad..." She joked.

Adain laughed, "You'd know." he mentioned, thinking of Nathan and smirked a little, then looked back to Chel with a smile. "How many psychos have you dated? Present company excluded of course." he joked, even as his long legs allowed him to catch up with Ronchas easily.

The doctor grinned at the pair and lead them along the streets. He didn't attempt to get in-between the two and their jokes, just let them stay relaxed and with their mind on other things till they got to his clinic. It wasn't hard to see why the building wasn't getting good business, it was in a small, out of the way and not exactly close to the breedable district of Gaia, and people would have to have to be pretty lucky to stumble onto it.

"Here it is!" The man glanced back and smiled before walking into the brightly lit lobby. It looked very normal, there were a few chairs, even a couch scattered around the small room. There was also a desk with a bored looking receptionist doing her nails, and a simple looking wooden door leading who knew where.

Adain looked over the room and then back to Chel, "Well...it's clean." he mentioned, the scent of cleaning supplies were everywhere, it kind of irate Adain's nose who was more use to dust than clean air but it seemed right for a clinic such as this.

Chel didn't even want to count all the psychos she'd dated. The number was crazy. Keeping up with Adain's long stride with practiced ease she strode into the lobby.

"It is…very clean." She said, the smell assaulting her nose as well. "But clean is good for places like these." She said nodded. She certainly wouldn't want a dirty clinic.

Turning to the doctor, she smiled. "Are there any pamphlets or anything you might be able to give us? So we can read them over before asking questions."

"Well, I think I got something. Let me go check." Ronchas turned to the simple wooden door, walking though it and closing it tightly behind him.

"Weird guy." Adain mentioned, "I feel like he's a few cards short of a full deck, but I mean if this clinic does what it's promised." he shrugged a little, "I guess we just got to see how much this will cost and such."

"Ah ha! I got something." Dr. Ronchas returned, closing the door behind him as he handed the couple a pamphlet. "I'll just let you two read over what we plan to do here, and when you're ready just let Selma here." the doctor nodded to the bored receptionist who didn't appear to be paying attention at all. "She'll alert me and I'll be right out."

Chel nodded to Adain and took the pamphlet cautiously from the doctor. Watching as he left she sighed.

"You're right, he does seem a bit…off..." She said, before looking down at the pamphlet and skimming through it…She bit her lips as she read before nodding…"but the process seems alright…and…and he's definitely in our price range." She said, before handing the pamphlet to Adain.

Adain read over the information too. It seemed right, increased fertility, no one else’s DNA was used (some shops purposed that and he didn't like that idea) and Chel was right, it was definitely in their price range. He grinned and started to feel hope again for the first time.

"I'll go let Selma know that we're interested." Adain told Chel, and kissed her cheek absently before moving over to the receptionist. He grinned brightly in that way of his that has become natural, and let her know that he wanted to talk to Dr. Ronchas. He wasn't even back by Chel's side when he came out again.

"So? So? Have we come to a decision?" the man's eyes gleamed with the child like delight at possibly having a customer. "Or do you have some questions? I'd be happy to answer any and all questions."

"Well this pamphlet mentions that you use a serum," Adain pointed to the part, "What would that do the mother? And the kids?" he asked, an arm moving around Chel protectively.

"Oh, no, no, no! The serum merely increases fertility. True, it might alter the child a bit, but mostly it just greatly increases the chances of having twins or triplets. More love right?" he asked with a grin, "Nether the mother or the child will be harmed in anyway. And we promise to continue work with you before and after the birth."

Chel stood to listen and nodded, feeling Adain's arm wrap around her. She was going to ask about the serum as well. Blinking slightly she looked at Adain.

"It sounds…it sounds great." She said, smiling. This restored hope in her. They could have a family now... Looking over at Adain, she smiled. She thought they should do this…This...This could work.

But she turned to the doctor and said. "Thank you for the information. We'll think it over and call you when we've made a choice." She said. She wanted to 100% sure.

Adain glanced at Chel, and then nodded slowly to the doctor as well. "Yeah, we have the number from the pamphlet, we'll give you a call as soon as we're sure this is what we want to do."

The bright, almost fanatic, hope in his eyes dimmed before he noticed the hope in theirs. He smiled and knew soon he'd be getting a call and a pair of costumers.

"Yes, yes, take your time." he urged, "We wouldn't want to make any mistakes." He grinned at them and took a step back. He couldn't seem too eager or else they might get a little suspicious.

And just as Ronchas predicted less than a week later he got a call from the young couple saying they were very much interested in their program and would come in for their first meeting in a week. It was just what he had hoped for.

History

The serum is a special creation; one that Dr. Ronchas created him self. His dreams and desires had always been personal, not one that you told others about for help but wanted oh so much more because of it. The sad thing, for the rest of the world, is that Dr. Ronchas was smart enough to find a way to get it, and to him, this serum would be the key. He spent many nights trying to figure it out; even now he guards it jealously, not letting anyone really know how he made it.

What is known is that he made it a few years ago. Since then has spent the time trying to get funding to use it. He loves the idea of families and couples, one of the reasons he was big on making it a fertility drug. He got his funding from family and finally managed to open his shop. He was unaware of all the side effects when he first threw open the doors.

Effect

The serum itself does increase fertility, so much so that it promises twins to who ever gets the treatment. Dr. Ronchas was unaware of that fact when he first opened his doors. He knew there was a high probability. Though now he uses that as a gimmick, even renaming his clinic Double Trouble to let people know. He takes great delight in the twins, taking time to get to know the kids after the birth, and insists that he is also their doctor, as he has the degrees for it.

The side effects though were a complete surprise to Dr. Ronchas.

Side Effects

The serum seems to affect DNA as each child is born with an odd birthmark, or half a birthmark. Each set of twins has one complete birthmark between them, in an odd shape, half on one twin, and half on the other. Each child born from the serum has the same birthmark. The birthmark can be anywhere on the body and will change with each set of twins, though each twin will have it on the same area opposite sides.

The serum also seems to give each child a power, or ability, that nether of the parents had. Each child as a different power, sometimes the powers appear related, other times random, it never seems to matter...Also, as rumors say twins often have an empathic link, all serum treated twins do. If their other twin is in danger, pain or feeling a strong emotion they can feel it too.

That’s all the serum seems to do…for now.

Yes, Mori and Flame thought that most parents go in with two RPers, why not give each RPer a child to play?

So how much to a set of twins cost?

The FS price will be 30k, because the average price is now about 15k for a breedable and you're getting two, plus it's seven stages of custom art. Artists need gold too. Auctions will go for how ever high they go but will start at the FS price of 30k. Custom prices are 300k.

But I don't have 30k and I really want one, what do I do?

Payment plans are offered here, we know 30k is a lot and are willing to accept a payment plan if you do not currently have the gold

What does the serum do?

Check out the serum information post where we explain that in detail. Basically the serum creates twins, a similar half birthmark and a random power. The power will be up to the entrants of the FS/Auction/Contest.

Wait, I get to choose my twins power?

Yep, we aren't great at thinking of powers here so we leave it up to you.

Is their any power I can't choose?

You can not choose an already used power or anything too godmody, besides that it's free range. Twins power can be related, or have nothing to do with each other, it's up to you.

Can our twins breed?

Yes, and they will have breeding slots, as Ronchas is needed for true breeding process. Check out the breeding post for more information

What if I want to use breedables from other stores in the clinic?

You can use another breedable if the breedable is of human intelligence and compatible and if the shop owner of the other breedable a-okay's it. Please provide proof as we don't want any quarrels happening. Their child will not be an official breedable of the original thread.

If I donate my (or my character's) sperm/egg do I get to RP with the resulting child?

Well if you want to, though donating the sperm/egg is just like with a regular fertility clinic, it's not very common, or encouraged as it could confuse the child. You do not need to donate DNA to RP.

Do I have to donate sperm/egg?

No, that's for single parents and maybe some gay couples (if they want that route). Donation is completely optional and does nothing to increase or decrease your status here.

Can I be [Insert current Fandom character here]?

No. No copy righted characters here. You may play a character from a copyrighted setting, say an Airbender, but you may not be Aang.

My parental partner and I got into a fight and don't want to RP anymore, now what?

Ah ha! I thought ahead, in the guild there will be a Divorce Settlement agreement. Before you may get your art you must post in that thread, deciding which parent will get which (or both kids) if there is any form of a break up. Failure to post in the thread will result in us holding back your art.

So let's pretend I disappear for a while, how long till you take away my twins?

If one parent disappears I will expect the other parent to compensate. If both parents disappear (or there is only one parent) I am willing to wait a year from your last post. I do not want to take twins prematurely, as this will stop the character entirely. There is no re-homing at Double Trouble. There will be a hiatus thread in the guild though and if you post you're leaving in the thread your twins will not be taken from you unless you state otherwise.

So what's with Ronchas? Why is he so weird?

Most likely not, but metaplot details are not completely thought out yet, we're concentrating on getting the shop going first.

(No age range)

After a visit to Dr. Ronchas you find yourself pregnant! Oh the beautiful months of an expanding belly, mood swings and almost continuous bathroom breaks are upon you. It's during this time that the mother gets to feel life growing in her belly and the father gets to brag about how he helped. Odd things happen when the baby kicks, how weird. [Art by Sora]

~Baby/Toddler~
(1-4)

Your bundles of joy are here! What's this? Oh yes, you have twins. Two babies, or toddlers, that are running around, making a mess, and doing a general early birth havoc. This means late night feedings, wet diapers and of course lots and lots of love. You got your babies, now say good bye to sleep and hello to love. During this time there will be another meeting for a 'booster' shot, don’t worry, the child is perfectly fine. Expect each one has an odd tattoo like birthmark somewhere on their body.

(6-9)

Well your little babies are growing up. They ready for their first days of school and scabbed knees. They are curious at this age, asking lots of questions and trying to learn lots with out learning anything. It's during this time that discipline and love are most desperately needed. During this time Ronchas will call you in for a check up, acting now as pediatrician for your kids. The first hints of your children’s powers emerge here, perhaps with intense thought and help or maybe in odd uncontrollable burst.

~Pre-Teen~
(10-13)

The first whiffs of hormones are attacking now and friends are in a whole new light. Peer pressure and child hood morals mold your twins into the people they will grow up to become. As they get older their powers get more developed, more under their control but are still rather weak. Ronchas will ask for a few meetings with your child, one you are now asked to not be a part of.

~Teenager~
(14-17)

There is nothing half done during this stage. Everything is overblown, hormones, emotions, powers, all of it hits firmly right here. They’ll struggle for control and to find out who they truly are. Their birthmark and abilities may gain them attention or scorn, and Ronchas wants even more private meetings with them.

~Young Adult~
(18-24)

Well the teen years are good for something and that’s for learning control. Your children should have better control of their magic by now, and are starting to branch off into their own lives, their own people. Away from you, and maybe away from their twin, or even away from Ronchas, something the good doctor wont like much.

~Adult~
(25+)

That’s it, they’re adults, and they’re their own people. They better be out of the house and starting their own lives. What’s that? Is that the sound of grandchildren? No…just mice? Damn.

MalexFemale Couples

A couple will come into the clinic at an appointed time, sometimes they make a call and get a slot open or sometimes they come in before hand and ask some questions before calling to get an appointment. The couple, who has been having trouble conceiving naturally, will have little done to them. The mother will be injected with the serum that will increase her fertility greatly, so greatly it causes twins. Though she will not leave the clinic pregnant (unless something serious freaky is going on sweatdrop ) and it will be up to the father to uh...add his DNA wink .

FemalexFemale Couples

FemalexFemale couples will come in for a pre-visit first, where Ronchas will gather the non-Mommy's DNA. During this pre-visit they will pick out their sperm donation (if there is no DNA available Ronchas will...find some). Ronchas will then mix the DNA and serum together so that when the mother returns it's a simple shot, that will inject the DNA and serum into an available egg.

MalexMale Couples

A malexmale couple will have a similar pre-visit in which Ronchas will get the DNA of the non-Mommy. Male couples have a few choices though, they could have Ronchas insert a temporary womb into the 'mother' figure and grow the baby naturally (if you call that natural) and birth by C-section. (The womb will be taken out at the same time as the baby.) Or they can choose a test tube which means Ronchas will keep the fetus till ready for birth (he will allow you to hold the test tube for your pregnancy picture) or finally the male couple find a really good female friend to accept the DNA. Ronchas will create an empty artificial egg to take the mixed male DNA so the baby will genetically be all theirs, no matter their choice.

Single Parents

For females this is a simple procedure, Ronchas will insert a sperm/serum mix which will get the woman pregnant and send her on her way, a single visit is all that is needed. For a man he will need a pre-visit to know what the man wants to choose, close female friend, test tube or C-section, and to gather his DNA, he will then carry out the man's wishes for the birth.

Flatsales

Flatsales will be the most common way to get an appointment at Double Trouble. All flatsales will be prompt based with no word limit. You will be given a form to fill in all the information about the parents.

1-3 slots will be offered at each flatsale, each one a different artist most likely. Each slot will have a different gender match up (malexfemale twins, malexmale twins or femalexfemale twins). You may try for one and one slot only.

Flatsales will cost 30k (15k for each twin), and both parents will be in the picture at no additional cost.

Auctions will be for special or unusual powers that will be stronger powers than the average twin, customs or a guest artist. If you wish to be a guest artist PM Dr. Ronchas a sample of your work.

Auctions will start at 30k and have an auto bid set by the artist.

Contests

Contests can be anything from raffles to RP contests to concept contests. They were off semi-to complete customs for a much cheaper price. Raffles will be rare, as I don’t like them and may never happen. RP and concept contests will be nearly as common as FSes.

There will be 1-3 slots offered for contests just like in FSes and again you can only go for one and one only slot.

The average contest will go for 30k, unless there is a reduced price for any special reason. Payment plans are accepted for contests.

Events will most likely not be selling a set of twins but be a place for guardian and lurkers so band together and RP. Or maybe Ronchas was just bored. Ether way, if an appointment is sold here there is a good chance the twins will be metaplot related twins.

Customs

Customs prices may rise due to demand and will not be open all the time. Current custom prices are 300k, and will be opened as artists deemed they have the time. We have three artists but customs aren't the main goal of this shop. We of course have them, for all couples. If for some reason you want a triplet (I can't see why) PM Dr. Ronchas and we'll discuss pricing. If you see a slot open PM a form to the mule and then send a trade with the money, do not send the trade without filling out the form.

Pet trades are always open but pets must get the approval of the artist first. Each artist will have a list of pets they already want and that does not mean they accept that pet only. Name: Dr. Steven Ronchas
Age: 33
Personality: A little bit too happy at times Dr. Ronchas can come on a little strong, but his short statue and mildly overweight appearance ruins any fear his personality might give off. He's harmless. Or so he appears to other people. Ronchas is well aware of his self image and knows it's the best he can get. A brilliant mind lurks behind that wolfish smile and boyish eyes. Yet he's never been anything more than a brilliant, somewhat odd, yet clearly kind doctor. But beneath still waters....
Bio: Dr. Ronchas is the main doctor of the Double Trouble Clinic. He started the Clinic for his own personal reasons and is overjoyed with every new client. He loves all the different aspects of people he runs into. In fact he is sometimes heard saying that if he wasn't so brilliant he would have became a cab driver. He lets little of his past out to play, but from what is known he appeared to have a rather normal childhood, with rather normal parents. Ronchas hates rather normal.

Name: Selma
Age: 31(and still single)
Personality: Selma ether is perpetually bored, or just never lets anyone see her real personality at work. While at work she always seems to have something better to do, like flip though a magazine, give herself a manicure or call a personal friend on the phone. She is unafraid of Ronchas, and the fact he can fire her and can, and will, be down right rude to clients. It's not her job to get them to stay in her mind.
Bio: No one knows why Selma works at Double Trouble. Despite her bad attitude, obvious boredom and refusal to do any task Ronchas throws at her he doesn't fire her. She carries on personal conversations with friends in front of him and yet he doesn't comment. Why is never known. Yet, for all of Selma's boredom and laziness she does appear fiercely loyal under it all. Any and all attempts to question the girl ends with short curt answers, and she'll go as far to call security if it gets really bad.

Name: Violet
Age: 30
Personality: Good natured, kind and helpful, Violet is definitely far different from Selma. New around the building and obvious with it she's eager to help parents get new lives in their homes. She has an idealist view of Double Trouble and if quested appears to be unknowing of a darker side, and doesn't believe their could be one. She idolizes Ronchas and is always eager to help him. Her naivety and loyalty are of great use to the man, and the fawning doesn't hurt the ego.
Bio: Stuck without a job Violet was getting nervous and worried when one day at a cafe Ronchas noticed her. While it's strange for the doctor to take real notice of anyone else something about the nurse called to him and so he chatted with her for a while, then on an impulse hired her. The day gave Violet new hope and a new chance, she worked with Ronchas ever since, loyal and kind and with a little crush to make it sweet. She buried her crush under her work, and tried to keep it away from the good doctor.

Personality: She is a very happy person. Its almost impossible to get her in a bad mood and if she is around other people who are unhappy she'll will do everything possible to make them smile. She is very talented with medicine, is a natural at it really but it seems that every other bit of information can't penetrate her thick skulls. She is incredibly dense. She is a klutz too and has been know to actually walk into walls.
Bio: Rin always knew what she wanted to be when she was older. Her father had been a doctor and he had walked out shortly after she was born. She went into medicine to say, in a way, "ha ha, I'm as good as you are." She ended up becoming a nurse. She got the job in an incredibly simple way. She just applied for it. She had been looking for something outside a hospital and the idea for working at a fertility clinic seemed like a good one (helping making families after she had a broken one, definitely a good idea in her mind). She worked well for Ronchas and delt with the oddities in a easy manner that suited the odd doctor.

Name: Ryan Jones
Age: 26
Personality: A cocky sonnabitch with a swagger and a sneer Ryan screams trouble from his silver tipped hair to his shiny dark shoes. He's a married flirt, who sees no reason to let his wedding ring get in the way of 'harmless' enjoyment of the many other females out there, nor does that enjoyment mean he cares for his wife any less. Ryan lurks with a level of bad a person can only get by being it. He just seems like some thug lurking around, but only Ronchas would hire a thug for a security guard.
Bio: His shy and timid wife, whom he forced into a marriage with him, was a patron of the clinic. Being the leader of a notorious gang and the center of trouble, Ryan needed a new occupational status. He said so 'au revoir suckas!' to the gang world and signed up to be the clinic's one and only security guard. His connections to the underworld can come in handy when something sinister tries to mess with 'his woman's doctors'. Though Ryan half the time seems to be goofing off with a smirk on his face, leaning over the counter to flirt with the pretty nurses, he is still an ex-gang leader and as thus, a capable killer. Fear not ladies (and doctor dude)! Your lives are in good care! As long as the nurses remain in short miniskirts and keep a few buttons loose...

Name: Noah Bowen
Age: 26
Personality: Quite simply, Noah is on the shy side. He isn't easily intimidated by people necessarily, just casual social interaction with them. While very intelligent, he's very awkward with people and fears making a fool of himself. Instead, he relies on being polite, and saying as little as possible to those he doesn't know. To those he does know, he's just a bit quiet, but he cares greatly for his friends and family. He's fiercely loyal, and extremely eager to please those he loves. This is partially because he's afraid of losing people -whether from death, or because he feels like he drove them away. When it comes to professional matters, he is very focused. He hates leaving things off, and is a firm believer of working your hardest. Noah also has a tendency to be a complete neat freak, almost to the point of OCD.
Bio:Noah used to work in a big city hospital’s ER, but after a while the deaths of his patients began to profoundly affect him. Medicine and helping people was too important for him to leave entirely, but he opted for a different path which would not include so much death. In his research he found the Double Trouble Fertility Clinic.

Name: Faelenn
Age: 102
Personality: Faelenn is a fairly typical moon elf; she's reclusive and creative, generally slow to make friends and easily accused of being judgmental. That said, she has the slow think-before-you-act wisdom of most of her kind.
Bio: Faelenn spent most of her life among her own people, and has only recently come to more human (read, 'diverse') sections of Gaia. She'd been trained as a healer, not at all the magical type but rather in the knowledge of healing, and for purely personal reasons took great interest in Double Trouble and applied to be an assisting doctor, nurse, or really, anything they would take her as. She keeps her motivations to herself but does her work diligently and takes great interest in the twins produced by the shop.

Age: 23
Personality: Jack was a girl with a boy's name and she had two ways to go with this indignity, she could become withdrawn and shy or she could become outgoing and tell the world to kiss her a**. She chose the second one. She is loud, obnoxious and has more pride than her abilities deserve, but no one can shoot her down and when she does something it's all the way. She doesn't always have the best bedside manners, but she means what she says.
Bio: She was a last resort for the clinic, but needing more nurses, they hired her. She has learned a lot working there, and is eager to please most people. She looks up to Ronchas and hopes to become as great as him someday. Ronchas is a little stricter than her than most but only to try to help her grow into a talent. Not that she is told that very often. She most often is sent to deal with the fathers while their partner is getting their appointments.

Name: Cyprus Lyle Sterling
Age: 35
Personality: Loving caring and a bit of a push over, Cyprus has a mother hen type of personality where he just has to take care of everyone. He, however, isn't the pushy type like some hens are. He enjoys taking care of people and knowing that they can rely on him for anything. He doesn't show his anger often because he doesn't want to look unapproachable, so instead he mopes about. One could definitely tell when something is bothering him though.
Cyprus secretly wishes to have chrildren but doesn't think he would be a good parent.
Bio: Full of hope for the future Cyprus started his studies in the medical field. It wasn't long until he was able to hold down a well paying job at a big city hospital. Like all new physicians he wanted to help people and save lives. However, he soon found out that his dream job was a nightmare. The young doctor worked 32hrs, around the clock, and even when on his time off. The case files never left his side and no matter how hard he tried he still couldn't save half of them. The pressure of being a doctor put strain on his social life. Instead of spending time with his partner, he'd lock himself away in his study. There wasn't a day when Cyprus could remember wanting a family, when he wanted children and a loving spouse, but it wasn't until his partner left him that he finally recognized the other aspects of his life. That being a doctor took over his whole life.

Feeling distraught about the whole affair, Cyprus quit his job and locked himself up in his one bedroom apartment. Didn't help his situation but it gave him time to think between Law and Order reruns.

During the few times he left his house he saw an ad for Double Trouble. A spark of hope lite up inside of him. Could he get the family he always wanted? Yet when he got there to make an appointment, the doctor inside of him jumped at the opportunity to work with people again. Now he finds himself pleased with helping others gain new life without death tagging along.

Name: Flux
Age: Three. Flux possesses all the knowledge of a recently deceased 59-year-old scientist, but has none of the life experience needed to put it to good use. He probably looks about seventeen.
Personality: Distrustful, wary, occasionally frightened. He can come across as standoffish and rude, but that's mostly because he has no people skills.
Bio: Flux is a robot with a mostly human exterior, created as a fast-growing clone from the DNA of one Professor Lidros. On his deathbed, the professor ordered Flux to use their shared DNA to father a child and raise this heir to the Lidros family name until he or she was of age. Unwilling to do things the natural way, Flux sought out the services of the clinic. Little did he know he would be getting more than what he bargained for.
