MOLDY LINEN SACK stage one: a smelly discovery

there are small particles floating in the air near death valley. they emit a strange glow and don't SEEM dangerous.
you capture one and store it for observation. which container will you be using?



you chose: moldy linen sack
the smell is almost unbearable, but it who knows what this seed houses? you don't want to waste a good container on something that could end up being as useless as a penny with a hole in it. LOL - i have been waiting years to use that song reference!! AT LAST!

MOLDY LINEN SACK STAGE TWO: new beginnings

it's been 4 days and some hours since you tread upon that massive field, came across those tiny magical airborne seeds and gave them a home. as the days pass the icky insect stuck to the bag seems more and more like a friend than an enemy. familiarity has always meant "home" to you. if only he were to look at you once in a while.



meanwhile the seed in the sack seems to be growing. the smell is super funky - a regular plant could never smell this bad. maybe it's all the mold. things that look like vines are protruding from small newly-formed holes in the sack. there's a beautiful flower budding on the sack!! this is something good, it may not be some dreadful alien monster after all!! you can't really tell what's going on inside with that darn insect guarding the sack's seal like an over protective mother. maybe you should coax it to move aside...



"WE AREN'T SO DIFFERENT YOU AND I, MISTER ROACH!", you bellow out. you politely proceed by introducing yourself, taking a bow and saying good day. the despicable little roach replies by simply turning around and letting out an almost inaudible gruff! THE NERVE~!
