It's my Dad's. He had to go to Antarctica and survive with a few other guys with nothing but the few supplies they were allowed to bring (all Coast Guard stuff) for some sort of training. Anyways, he brought it back home with him. xD |

Couldn't keep the sand, but still have a pin or two. I wanted his backpack but the army's like ".....no". Though I don't know what the heck you'd train for in Antartica, or the Arctic for that matter. All I know is if you're in the Navy and you hit the Arctic circle, you may be running down your deck naked blaugh

My dad and some other Coasties had to escort scientists there to do some research, so I guess it was preemptive training? Not sure, really. xD
