Oh, Open Canvas CAN open PSD files. *phew* But we can't save it as PSD files. I think if I open them right from the PSD file package it should still be transparent when I save it to PNG, after, as well. OC's Text isn't the same sizes as PS (It's a pain... I can only half cert for TotemBells that waaay) Unless You can offer leeway on size.

Other than that, I loooove colouring/editing. But as I sia,d I have to check out the pets, first 3nodding

Why do colorists only get 40 % of auctions while they get 80 % of raffles? O.o;; -seems backwards to me-

I think the prices are a little unfair, myself... But I don't want to go on about it. Hahahaha.

Well you can always apply for part-time and do two per month, since it's minimum 1 set per month.
It's not a set amount, depends on how many colorists I can get D; and I will be coloring too, of course.

i was going on the basis that you get more from auctions? o___O
but the auctions here are different. they're the pets that go in the adoption agency, not necessarily ones that are more work

how bout i the colorist decide on pricing? 8D

You'd still , also, have to keep an eye out if they price , themselves. Some price ridiculous for mediocre or beginner art. I under price, so I don't think you should worry, that much if I jump in OTL;;

Well, I'd personally try and do flatsales are 25 % if you have three colorists and you, 33 % if you have two colorists and you.
Auctions: I'd give the colorist 80 or 90 % as they did all the special edits and work themselves. >.o;
Breedings/Customs: 100 %

But that's just meh ideas from what I've seen, read, and been hired for at other shops. Discussing with the colorists might work as well. 3nodding

Flatsales are often only between the colourist and the owner. Not.. many colourists collab on A pet in a flatsale... It's not sold in a bunch like a raffle, but individually unless you scoop all the money together. I'd say about 70 -75 pet FS pet. Since all the pets would be from your individual colourists 3nodding

But.. Tanuki Beat works much different. FS for us are not snipe. We just upload a lot and leave em there and people post in thread of what they want 3nodding

Oh, my co-owner and split flatsales, events, and raffles 50/50 always. >.o; But we also keep 100 % of customs/auctions/breedings.

But that wouldn't be fair if one colourist did more than others, and still only got the same share as everyone else when they did more work than the others 3nodding

I love customs, becuase I have a hard time thinking up my own patterns and such XD I love editing, too, and most customs want edits 3nodding Is it weird I love editing? XD
