Aw, glad you like, thy! I really appreciated your entry so I'm happy you're happy 8DDD Thank you for the compliments!

I actually thought hard enough about the Pina Colada [since it was a classic] that I actually sketched 2 designs, a boy and a girl, with the Puerto Rican traditional attire in mind...and wasn't quite sure what to do with the gender balancing until Jun hit upon the HEY DRAG QUEEN THAT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE thing! lol I preferred the female design anyway, so that was perfect. Far as I remember, I based more off the dresses I saw in the plena genre of music and dance. Also ginormous fabulous hair, just as a queen should have.
