Blue's Digitoys was inspired by Tamagotchis and other various feedable plastic pets. Despite the fact that I always killed the things off, and seemed far more entertained doing so than in ractually keeping them alive, I always rather enjoyed the odd little creatures.

All artwork in this thread is made 100% by me, blue. Under no circumstances should you take anything from this thread and sell it and claim it as your own work, nor should you edit any of my work. If you want one, you'll just have to buy it and properly credit to me. (;

When you first buy your Digitoy, it will be a simple egg bouncing happily in its little plastic case; and if you do nothing else, that's how it will remain! However, if you purchase an accessory to go along with your pet, it will sit beside the egg and encourage it, throughout the course of a month, to change and ready itself until it hatches!

Each accessory will result in a different hatched pet -- and each month will have different accessories, so keep an eye peeled for fresh accessories. Each month will also feature new plastic cases for pets, available only for that month, so snatch them up while you can!

Long story short: if you do not purchase an accessory, your pet will not grow.
It will stay an egg forever.

Step One: Cases.

Head down to the This Month post and select your case. Please select your case only from those available for this month.

If you are buying a Monthly Set, please head straight to the bottom of Step Five.

Step Two: Customize.

Each case comes in two colors, listed below the case; the first color is the 'main' color, and the second is the 'detail' color. If you do not wish to customize, then just take the case in the colors that I have chosen and skip down to Step Three. Otherwise...

If you want to customize the colors of your case, that will be extra gold; you can either be vague, saying 'red and black' or 'autumn colors' or you can be specific and give HTML or hex codes such as #fFF0000 and #454545 -- however, when making the cases, I will take artistic liberties to make sure that the colors look good.

Step Three: Accessorize.

Once you've chosen your case, you can pick from one of This Month's accessories. These accessories will sit next to your egg and encourage it to grow in a certain direction. The final result, however, will be a surprise -- unless you can guess from the accessory what it is! Please select your accessory only from those available for this month.

If you want your pet to remain an egg forever, just don't purchase an accessory.

You cannot come back and buy accessories later, so think long and hard before submitting your order, and decide if you want your pet to grow or not!

Step Four: Tag.

Decide if you want a name tag attached to your pet or not -- and what you want to appear on it. Name tags will cost additional gold, but help to insure that no other user will steal your pet, and mark it quite plainly as yours.

Post all orders here, in the shop, according to the order form; do not PM me!

Step Six: Pay.

Always send a trade immediately after posting your order. I will receive your trade, respond to it, and then start working on your pet -- but I will not deliver your pet until the trade has been confirmed on your end!

I will not accept trade and take your money until the pet is complete. You should receive your delivery PM within minutes of me accepting the trade.

Periodically, I will open up some custom pet slots; the people who get these slots will choose their cases as usual, with the same pricing. However, when they get to the 'accessory' stage, they will request a free custom accessory, instead of one of the monthly ones.

They will not have any say in what the final, hatched result is -- but by choosing that accessory wisely, they will have an impact. In other words, they guide the results, but will still be surprised!

These are very simple, 2-stage hatching pets; I have no plans for RP or anything of like because I just don't even see how it could possibly ever work! They're cute art, though, that will sit and bounce happily in your sig.
