Sakura nodded at Donald before looking back at the waiter. "I'll take the Chicken and Rice Curry Casserole." She said. After the waiter left she looked at Donald. "So you decided to get the fish and a salad." She said resting her head on her paws since she had her elbows on the table.

Donald nodded, eyeballing the distant waiter. 'Jerk.' Then he looked at Sakura. "So, what do you think is the goal of the card around town? Do you think it's passive or aggressive?"

I wish Kero was here. He'd know more about the Clow Cards. Sakura thought missing the guardian of the Cards. "I don't know what it's goal is.... perhaps just to annoy people?" She said sighing, "The most I can remember about if is that it's not aggressive and is relatively weak. If Kero was here he'd be able to tell you more about it..... he'd also be able to tell us which card it is."

Donald sighed, looking out at the town with a small eye roll. "If only the town's people were more helpful." He perked slightly, leaning forward. "Who's Kero? He sounds smart. Why isn't he here?"

Sakura looked at Donald and shook her head. "Maybe we're just not asking the right people." She said frowning, "Kero is the guardian of the seal of the Clow Cards. I haven't seen him since I found myself here."

Donald shook his head. "The wrong people or not, they don't have to be so..." Unable to think of a word, he turned his head from the table and blew a raspberry at the distant salon in irritation.
Hearing the frown in her voice, he focused back on her. "I'm sorry. Was he a friend of yours?"

Sakura shook her head. Yes those humans were..... rude but it wasn't something to get so upset over. "Yes Kero was a good friend of mine. He was always around and helped me seal all of the cards away originally." She said looking down. She hoped Kero was okay, wherever he is.

Seeing Sakura so downcast made Donald's firecracker mood burn out completely. He wondered if she remembered much about Kero, or if it was like him and his past, just vague memories...
"What was he like? Kero." Maybe talking about him would help her a little? Either that, or she'd become more upset...

Sakura looked up at Donald and smiled sadly. "Kero was really sweet and protective of me. He loves to eat sweets and play video games. He always believed in me and tried his best to help me out." She said before her stomach grumbled, "Oh embarrassing! I do hope the food gets here soon." She was turning bright red from embarrassment.

Donald nodded. Kero sounded like a good guy. Unsure of what to say, he blinked in surprise when Sakura's stomach growled and he chuckled softly. "It's bound to happen when you're hungry. It should be here soon." Right after he said that, a bit of commotion could be heard from inside the cafe. Then, rather harried looking waitress came over with their food.
"I'm sorry for the delay." She said, her face flushed slightly as she put the plates down. "We were having trouble with one of our servers, but it's been cleared right up." She continued on, grumbling slightly under her breath. "I can't believe the nerve of some people." She blew out a breath, her voice cheering up again. "Can I get you anything else for now?"

Sakura nodded at Donald and looked to the cafe. She tilted her head wondering what the commotion was about. She smiled at the new waitress. "It's okay." She said looking at her food, "It looks amazing! Well worth the wait.... although we never did get our drinks." She wondered if the server the waitress was talking about was their previous server.

"Your..." The waitress looked at the table and her now empty tray. "What in the- Good grief, I'm sorry. I swore I put it on the tray with your meals. He must have done it when my back was turned." She shook her head. She was probably just confusing them. "Here. Someone has been switching our items around. Moving dinner plates, mixing spices, hiding glasses. I think the problem will go away though. We got rid of the most likely person. I'll get your drinks right away."
Donald blinked in surprise. The food did look and smell delicious, but what was happening in the kitchen distracted him. "Wait. How long has this been going on?"
The waitress shrugged. "About two weeks now. Maybe three. Here, let me get you those drinks." She spun around, scurrying back into the kitchen.

Sakura shook her head and smiled. "It's not a big deal." She said sweetly, "Someone has been moving the stuff here......" She gasped and looked at Donald. She didn't speak to him until the waitress had left.
"You don't think it could be the work of the Clow Card we're looking for, do you?" She asked excitedly. This was great clue about the Move card that she figured was around here. If it was doing stuff here for that long then perhaps this was the best spot to find it..... however they'd have to wait until night to try and capture it.

Donald nodded. "That's what it sounds like. Someone moving things around without being noticed. I don't think a human could get away with that for more than a couple days." He watched the building, taking a small bite of his food. "Hopefully now that its scapegoat has been fired, it won't leave." His eyes widened and he sighed. "Whoever was fired... was innocent. Unless the card can take the shape of human forms?"

Sakura took a bite of her food and nearly made the 'mmmm' noise. It was so good! "Yeah I doubt a human is good enough to get away with this for that long." She said shaking her head, "No this card can't take on a humanoid form.... in fact it remains invisible until I capture it or is in the process of catching it. And it may leave now that the scapegoat has been fired.... We should come back here tonight when the cafe is closed to look around." She sighed thinking of her friend Tomoyo. She would have been so into this... and would have the perfect costume for Sakura to wear.
