___● Every singly Harry Potter film. So much hatred.

Also "O". It's a contemporary version of Othello, and it is quite possibly in my top ten list of worst films of all time.

Percy Jackson

Harry Potter - 5th and 7th movie.

Hated the fact that they cut off the whole Winky story. It was brilliant, and Hermione sudden elves-right stage. Also felt like they did not do the seventh book any justice in the movie.

I love the A Series of Unfortunate Events movie. It departed greatly from the books, but it always makes me laugh, and I think it captures the spirit of the books (trying to be good in a bad world, sticking with your family, etc.)

I've never read Eragon, but I did watch the movie! Well, I watched the first five minutes. When the dragon started telepathically communicating with the main character, I had to leave the room.

Absolutely the worst adaptation was Inkheart. They completely rewrote the last half of the plot, creating gaping holes and completely missing the point. And Brendon Frasier. Just . . . Brendon Frasier. scream
I was really disappointed in the adaptation of Water for Elephants. It's one of my favorite novels, and not only do they take a dump on it by making Robert Pattinson the lead, but they also omitted several characters and a sizable chunk of the story. Whatever was kept in was often altered. Do not want!

Eragon. It's just so much fail D:
YES!!! So much. I was actually expecting it to be at least decent. Ugh, it was so awful.

The Seeker the Dark is Rising. Horrible compared to the books.
It's a toss up between Eragon and The Golden Compass. Both came from awesome books and were turned into horrible movies. I'm not sure if the movies were even telling the same stories as the books.
[[I liked the Golden Compass(aside from the ending), but i haven't read the books so i can't say if it was bad in comparison. xD
I personally face-palmed at almost every scene during the Vampire's Assistant. HORRIBLE. Just HORRIBLE. I can't stand that movie now.

Percy Jackson wasn't that good either and i loved the book, but it wasn't as bad as VA.
]]
Blood And Chocolate.
Did they even read the book before they made that movie? D:
Most of the Harry Potter films, The Lovely Bones... I'm really hoping the Hunger Games movie comes out well.

Usually I don't really care if the movie version is bad. But there is one movie, which is a shipwreck among bad films made from good books. It's called I am Legend.

In the book there is a clever plot, some clever beings and a wonderful ending.

In the movie there is Will Smith being an a**, and... not much else.
The Neverending Story-when I first read it I thought it had to be the most beautiful book ever and `ve read it seven times since!Oh , the world it described and how I pictured it in my head!!
And then I saw that stupidity of a movie and I could not believe it was made from the same book!A disaster!
I'm going to have to second the one about Twilight but the book, in my opinion, was actually pretty good except for the beginning when I read the first chapter I was like this book is so boring if my sister had pushed me and made me read the book I probably wouldn't have read it.
And let's just say the movie..... it was just plain out horrible.
