Yikes...you mean...if someone sends in a Nuclear Explosion from a C-Bomb or worse...then at least 3 things would be able to survive from it, like the earth, the grounds, and Twi-Vamps[the nickname for Strigoni Benefici Vamps?]That's not good, at all!!!It means that even if armies of Olympian Demi-Gods were to be unleashed upon such "Super-Vampires," It would be for nothing, as by the time that they get rid of them, or the S.Vampires get rid of them, first, too much collateral damage would have came from it, and we would all die, before anything gets done. gonk

So don't tell me that the Vampire Sub-Genre in a Civil War would only make matters worse...it must be worth giving a shot, because i am running out of ideas on how to cleanse the stupid out of the Sub-Genre, now. crying

wow... there is no comment for that one...... sweatdrop

no the timelords could kill them but if they were killing vampires the twilightones would not be attacked BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT VAMPIRES

That's not good at all!

War of the Vampire ********! twisted

... one of these days i will have to post the chart.

This could really work well, if War of the Vampire Series occurs! twisted

Not really. Seems appropriate, with the impression I was given about Jane.

I would have to say that I think they left out a very important scene that gives more "depth" to Bella that people who dont read the books dont see.

Which scene was this?

first book.... the scene when Bella and Edward are at lunch together ( I think its the first time they he asks her to eat with him) and Edward tells her that he wont go to Bio class today... but when she goes to class she faints because she smells Blood and Mike again has an oppurtunity to act all "Knight in Shinning Armor" and takes her to the Nurse Offices where Edward sees her, interjects and takes Bella instead. and they talk about how she hates the smell of blood and can smell it a mile away.

That... doesn't really seem to provide much depth, it's just something else for Meyer to contradict later.

Little Miss "Can't stand to be near blood" is downing it via giant sippy cup when she's preggers with the demon spawn.

yesss... but the only reason she craves blood is because she has the demon spawn in her.

Which doesn't make sense. When pregnant, the mother still has to eat normal foods to gain nutrients for herself and the child. And all liquid diet, blood no less, can't do that for her. It'd make her sicker, if anything.

Am I the only one who thought she was so close to goin' off her rocker in the second book? I mean, trying to get into suicidal situations just so she could hear Mr. Sparkles' voice? If that doesn't scream 'loony bin' in bright neon lights, I don't know what does.

Sometimes, you have to be the Villain to be the Hero. The only question is, when is either necessary?

Honestly, if I were in Bella's place, I'd quote Seto Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged:

"Screw the rules."

And besides, playing damsel in distress is dumb. Also, 'Don't be a hero' applies if you're STARTING the fight, not defending yourself. That's probably why I don't like Bella because she's too spineless. I'm reading New Moon and it seems like she's trying to kill herself with that motorcycle.

Rule #17 applies in any case that there are a large number of monsters trying to hunt you. It actually makes more sense to say that Rule #17 -doesn't- apply when you're starting a fight.

True, true. But there's gonna be that part of you that will look in the mirror and say 'I'm tired of running.'

I provide the following example from Umineko:

Near the end of EP2, 'Turn of the Golden Witch', two survivors remain on the island; Rosa and her daughter Maria. They're being chased by goat headed servants who would kill and EAT them and they're running for their lives. Maria trips and cries out for Rosa, who in turn shoots the goat in the head, killing it.

Now before anyone says 'Well, she has a gun, she can fend it off', she also improvises like using a gold ingot to knock a goat out or stabbed one in the eye with a fountain pen, killing it.

Now, Rosa knows neither will make it out alive even with running (she hurt her ankle and Maria refuses to leave her). So instead of cowering, she fights with everything she has.

*Watch if you're not squmish of blood*

But my point is this: Running will only delay time. And Rule 17...screw it.

yes. she was completely insane in the second book... and I really believe that if Edward really left her like he said and Alice never came to see her, she would have been commited way before she graduted from high school

But... all that ANY fetus gets from its mother is blood. There's not a direct line
from mommy's stomach to baby's stomach.
If the thing was leeching blood from her in a vampiric sense, wouldn't a direct
transfusion be a faster means of making Bella well than her drinking the stuff?
She would have to digest it, then her body would have to re-make its own blood
anyway, on the limited energy and nutrients that blood alone would provide a
human system.

I think thats what they end of doing.... after she gets her appeitite back

... But it doesn't make sense.
They should have done the transfusion FIRST.
Why wait for her body to reproduce its lost blood when you could just
immediately supplement it?

But they claim in the book that the fastest method would be for her
to drink it.
Which would require it to go through the whole digestive process
before it could do anything USEFUL.

I dont know... I guess Meyer didnt do all of her research when she was writing the book... I guess blane it on poor research.
