Alicya6Worthington I hate Twilight with a passion. I liked the book, but I absolutely hated the movie. And at my school, for orchestra, out director is making us play Bella's Lullaby. I play percussion and I literally fell asleep. The song is boring, it's kind of a stupid choice, and when she handed out the piece, half the class actually walked out. Yes, I was one of them who walked out. ...What? Seriously? My director was an a**, but he wasn't sadistic like that. And I'm glad that half the class had enough sense to walk the ******** outta there. I mean, why make kids play music that literally lull them asleep? |

It's a rather lengthy rant on why Twilight sucks. xD this makes some good points (in a really entertaining way), but i think it's a little ironic that she mocks meyer for "not doing any research about her subject" when she herself is going on a very impassioned rant about a series she "tried to read the first book" of. |

Yes, anhkat, that is sad (in more ways then one).
* Sad that such a young child, at such an impressionable age is being exposed to such crap. * Sad that the book is so pathetically written that, to spite the fact the Meyer originally wanted to market it to adults and it was published for older teens, a fourth grader is reading it. * Sad that she and her peers probably think of it as a "big book" and that they're special for reading it. |
