This shyte-fest was written by a mother/daughter team, who love Zoey so much and refuse to let anything happen to her. This book is also an extreme piece of feminist bullshit and it basically just spends the entire book slamming Christians.

Though, the male characters--along with every other characters in this s**t--are bland as ******** so I don't see how any of them could be appealing.
If believing Zoey is a bad, annoying, poorly written character (which she is; she's one of the worst characters I have ever come across) means that something is wrong with you, than I will admit that I'm not right.

And none of the characters are interesting enough for me to want to read in their POVs. Reading in Zoey's was torture enough.

Seriously, there is absolutely nothing good about this series. At least in Twilight, SMeyer TRIED to make something out of the pile of s**t she had to work with, and she made that pile of s**t into a misshapen little brown vase. Sure it's ugly, but when you put nice little flowers on it the way SMeyer did, it almost looks presentable.

P.C and Kristen Crap, however, are nothing more than two monkeys flinging s**t at each other and screeching like drunken banshees. A bored zookeeper takes the died up pieces of s**t and sells them, hoping to make easy money.

Yes, that is how bad HoS is, IMHO.

Also, in Twilight, all characters were either dull and I had no interest in them, or they were mildly interesting. In HoN, however, they're all walking stereotypes. None of them are interesting in the least, and in fact, they're all quite irritating. Every time Stereotypical Black Chick or Cliche Gay Guy said or did anything, I groaned. It was extremely predictable.

I could go on. I really could. But this is just my opinion:

It seemed to me that HoN was only ever a first draft with some revisions here and there, without any actual effort to fix the copious amounts of bad writing. I'm not saying that wasn't there in the Twilight books, but at least in the Twilight books it was a bit less obvious.

Two college educated people can't get simple grammar and diction down. It's more so scary because the books infer that the Casts have read Shakespeare and Byron. How could they still be such idiot writers if they've read such material?

Or, the editor wasn't very good. That's a shitty editor who deserves to be fired, d00ds.
