An interesting series you may be interested is called the Southern Vampire Series or something by Charlaine Harris.
It involves more than just Vampires though, Weres, shifters, witches etc etc. It's a sort of more realistic modern setting, although if you only wanted Vampires then you may/may not like this one. The main character is a human, but she's telepathic. She ends up dating a vamp, stuff happens....action-ey things, funny things, scary things....it's good. |

I know it must have been said a million times, but I loooove the Vampire Diaries by LJ Smith! They are amazing!
And for a completely different spin on vampires, you should check out Peeps and Last Days by Scott Westerfeld, which is completley awesome! |

The two other vampire books i read other then Twilight saga is blue bloods and Masqurade and they were both really good!!

I enjoyed Companions of the Night. Its a young adult book, but it's worth a read. It's done by a great author who doesn't seem to be given much credit, sadly (much like my absolute favorite author Kristian Britain )
