why heels=bad!

I'm not used to wearing heels, but for the sake of looking good in the dress I was wearing I did.
I had went to the table to put my camera away and on my back to where my friends were dancing on the dance floor my shoe slips, my ankle rolls, and I go sprawling across the floor.
Thankfully only a few people noticed because I wasn't yet to the mob of dancing people. One of which commented to me that it was bound to happen to someone at some point in the the night.
Of course with my luck it ended up being me...lol
I guess it didn't help myself any that I had been running somewhat...XD.
