the NPCs are asleep, as is much of the Western hemisphere, so it's only natural this place be a literal snooze fest.

It'll pick up eventually! We've got some flyers made up for this, but everything has an approval process these days, and you know the dean, he'll be sticking us all in detention EVEN THOUGH IT'S SUMMER AND HE'S NOT EVEN INVOLVED IN THE APPROVAL PROCESS.
