I just maxed out for Juvie and the moves are friggin AWESOME.

Here ya go:

Beat Up - 55% chance of doing 30 - 50 damage

Flip The Bird - Slow enemy by 50%, increase their damage by 30% for a minute

Rehab - Full heal, but waits a minute to go again
