There seems to be some color scheme, and I sort-of understand the fact that it's raining, but why not try adding some more items? Like maybe the cloud or something to go with the theme? c:

Very cute outfit. The only thing that bothers me is the very white undies. The rest of the outfit is grays and purples so it just sort of seems out of place.

Ooooh, I really do like the off set from the black and white with the purple, it adds a nice and almost darker look. It's simple and not over done, so it fits together almost perfectly. ^ ^

la la la la can't actually decide what i think. It some how reminds me of alice in wonderland. I think it's a mix of the cake and the bunny ears.
but the coat... seems frumpy. I know it's a design flaw of the coat, but what can ya do? If it were a tighter fit coat with the same buttons and such it'd be ok, but then the colors are still off, and at this point, (since i can not see your avatar whilst typing this) I find myself unable to comment further; as I cannot remember exactly what your outfit looks like. And i'm sure not editing twice.
So you get a 7/10 b/c I like cake.
