Healing Nerfs?

After reading user responses, these seem to be some of the more popular options. Which do you like?

Get rid of full heals. Possibly nerf any over 50, heck, even 30

Full heals.
Get rid of them.

Edit: If you're gonna get rid of the healing exp, then get rid of buffing exp too. However, you should raise the exp you get from attacking and killing people.
