Going off of the example you provided, it's okay for drawn art.

I would work on the coloring a bit, tho'. Make it blend better. Have you tried copic markers?

Lineart is pretty cute, as far as chibis go. You could always clean up the lines a bit better, however. Did you draw it in pencil first, make sure the lines were clean, and then color over it? If not, that's what I would sugest. You could ink the lines too, that would really help.

That's my critique, I suppose. xD
