Do you want to know WHY they can kill you when you log out?

For those who post a lot, you're probably being repeatedly attacked. I hardly post at all, but I see this question EVERYWHERE, and decided to answer it.

When you're logged out, they can NOT kill you. The attack button dissapears until you log back on. However, it takes a while after you click the log out button for your account to process the command (My estimate is about 60 seconds from the data I have gathered). In that time the attack button stays put, and they have that much longer to kill you without your knowledge of it.

My advice is to quit posting about 10-30 minutes before you log out depending on how often you post in the Battlefield, and your chances of being attacked will be greatly reduced after you click the log out button.

EDIT** This is just my hypothesis on the matter (though the logout delay has been proven). There may be a glitch that allows some user's attack buttons to remain after they log out. If you haven't posted for over 24 hours and are still having this problem, try contacting Fleep or any of the other various moderators for this forum.

I didn't post at all yesterday, yet when I got on, I found myself at 0 HP.

Anyone can look back through the pages of previous threads and randomly attack a user. The chances are pretty slim, but that's the only suggestion I have. When I look over a lot of olds threads, there are no attack buttons under most of the users, so it's safe to say this is either a glittch or the delayed log out.

But, it is from hypothesis and it is very well concluded that they can attack you while you are logged out for a mere 10 seconds or so. But it could just be our imagination. haha!
