Crow chased after her as he sat down beside her while she was eating. Howling to the moon to call the other pack member to dinner, he sighed softly as he looked at her. He then smiled wagging his tail. "good?" he asks.

Shadow eating the meal, beside her mate. hearing Crows howl made her feel calm and peacful. she gently scooted a torn part to him "here, has some love" her hazel eyes looking about.

His golden eyes met hers as he nuzzled her chin softly lovingly. A he did, He sighed softly and then took a bite of the peice of meat she offered him. "Thank you sweetie" He says softly as he begain chewing it a bit.

Shadow hazel eyes quietly watched Crow eat. she titled her head "why do you sigh?...is something wrong?" she asked with concernment.

 The Lovely Alpha She-Wolf  Shadow gave a small yawn. feeling abit tired. curling into a ball, as her long wolf tail, covered her face as if made her look like a fox. sleeping beside her Alpha male, she felt safe. |

The Lovely Alpha She-Wolf Shadow slowly opened her eyes, as she was alone. next to the half eaten animal. her mate was gone. Shadow looking about, as she was smelling his sent. "he must of went to scout out the lands" she whispered. getting up, a small yawn escaped her mouth, as she shook her head. the necklace made a small chime noise as it usually did. Shadow decided to go on her journey to seek out Kana or any other wolf was about. walking down the dirt path road, her hazel eyes looking about the smooth road, as there were trails of humans. Shadow was always interested in humans how they came to be, and what made them...them. were they like wolves, who grew out their fur, and rather be bare or were they cursed?. this wonder her very much. her long wolf ears perked up as she heard voice coming about. Shadow stoped and looked about, panicing abit, she jumped into a bush and remained silent. seeing who or what was talking. passing by were these two men who where talking about hunting. Tilting her head about the convo she wondered ::hunting what??:: she thought. |

Crow was out in the lands by the river, Lapping up water with his tongue, He then turned his head. A scent caught his nose as he growled. "Damnit...there already here" He growled his fur standing on ends. Then he looked about. "s**t...my family..." Howling loudly to not only bring the humans to him, he took off running with another howl knowing they would follow. The second howl was for Shadow. It told her to return to the Den and hide there son. He couldn't loose him, Not his mate, not his son, He could not let another slaughter happen like it had before.

 Onai woke up with a yawn. He looked around and was alone. He really didn't like to be alone and whined a little. He slowly stood up and paced around, wondering where his mother and father where. |

Running quickly to the den knowing his mother wouldn't make it, Crow skidded inside as he picked up his son quickly by the scruff of his neck. "Hide, Don't make any sudden noises and don't breath hard please" He says nuzzling him after seetting him lightly in the back of the dens cave. Nuzzling his son softly, a tear fell down his eye. "Your mother will be here soon, Don't come out till she comes and gets you, Go to the end of the small tunnle that you can only fit into, the humans shouldn't be able to find you if you come out to the other Cave that we have marked, Sit there, and play with your bones and toys we have there and please, whatever you hear, see or smell besides your mother, please don't come out" He says to his son in a worried tone. "I love you.." he says softly nuzzling his son for what could be the last time.

Onai was scared now, for the sudden appearance of his father and feeling like something was wrong. He started up at his dad, not wanting to go. "But dad...." he started to protest, but knew it wouldn't do any good. His ears dropped and he nuzzled his father before starting down the little tunnel that he could fit in. The whole was though, he was worried about what was happening. |

Licking his son ontop of the head, He sighed. "No buts Onai" he said softly. "Your mother and I love you very much, we will be back as soon as possable, there is food there stored for you in case of such emergancys" He calls as he looked down the tunnle. Grabbing his sons tail and pulling him out, He nuzzled him once more. "Be strong my son, you understand why we are doing this yes? It is for your protection and the right we have to protect the Heir of this pack, I swear to you, I will come back, I love you son" he says nuzzling him once more. "Is there anything you need said before you leave to your hiding place?" he asks.

Onai looked up at his father with sad eyes. He knew why they were doing this, to keep him safe. But he hated to be away from them, and now it was going to be worse seeing as they were in danger. "I love you dad." He said. He hoped that both of them would come back safe. |

He nodded softly and nuzzled him before nipping his ear. "I love you too son, now go, And remmeber, don't come back till its either me or your mother calling for you" He replyed before standing up. "head up son, Chest out, Remember, your an Alpha, Never back down from a challange if anything was to happen to us, understand?"

Onai nodded. He made himself look confident and he looked at his father one more time before going down the tunnel. He made it out to the other side and when he did, his confidence vanished. He laid down in the cave and held in a whine because they might hear him. He was scared that something might happen to one, or both of his parents. |

Onai laid in the cave and whined a little. He was really worried about what was happening. He looked over at one of the bones he had and crawled over to it. He put his head down on it and closed his eyes. |
