"Hmph, I did not lieee....Hitomi is just uncoordinateeed," Story retorted in sing-song. She smiled and took the drink from Hitomi. "Thankyou," she saied gratefully with a sweet smile. Story took a sip of the unnamed drink, and upong finding it delicious, sukked down another gulp. "What's it like living here in Kagani?...I mean, Jahk and I know....different cities have different customs...its such a beautiful crumbling city afterall, especially with all the plant life," she said looking around the corroded resteraunt.

Hitomi looked at Story with a smile as it seemed she liked the drink and then smiled at her question and sipped her drink. "well tomorrow night there is going to be a big festival where many of the single people find there one true love on the night of the Star moon...its light here is always brightest and very lovely...and also its the night that i came here and became the protecter of this city" she said with a smile and then she looked around the resteraunt and at the wall at all the plants and flowers that were growing on the walls.

Story sighed deeply and dramatically at the thought of such a romantice festival. "Ahh, that must be sooo nice... finding your true love..." she sing-songed, brushing locks of black hair out of her face as she took another sip of the delicious drink. "I wonder if illllll ever find my true love...hmmm," she said as she sat there with her cup, daydreaming about the loveliness of such a festival. Story was one to be easily romanced, but she never tied herself down for too long. I doubt Ill ever find someone Im willing to commit too... she thought taking another sip.

Jahk chuckled at his sister's girly comment. "You're too fickle Story...maybe if you could keep you heart in one place you'd be able to find true love," he suggested smugly. She shot him a glance and muttered something like "What would you know youve never fallen in ove even once..." but he ignored it. "Protector...yes I did find it peculiar that you've been bound here in Kagani...most other spirits arent tied to a certain city...or so I've heard, seeing as im not a spirit...how does that work?"

"well you can go to both of you and try to find someone you may like or even fall for i am going to be there but i have never found any one i dont think i will this time either" she said with a smile and then she looked at Jahk when she herd his question. "well...i have herd of demons even being a guardion but its really kind of fun a protecter i like it because it feels like i have people who care for me...even though i know may of them dont" she said with a smile.

Story laughed, flipping her black hair to the side and twirling it between her fingers playfully. "Hmm...I don't think I'll find anyone either, though its always nice to be hopeful right?" she asked sweetly, one of her scarlet eyes disappearing between dark lashes as she winked. "That's so nice of you though....to protect Kagani unconditionally like that. I don't know if I could ever be stuck in one place like that....there are too many things and people to see in this world...hopefully Jahk wont get his heart set on a city either," she said looking over to him hopefully, "Cus then I'd have to stay in one place as well. I wont go anywhere without him..." she said, batting her long eyelashes at him with sisterly affection.

Jahk nodded, feeling the same way; less than hopeful about the coming festival. He also thought about the possibilty of staying in one place. That had at one point, been thier original goal. To find some place to call home without haunting memories or war. The battles, however, had driven them away twice now, one time of which they even had to take part in the bloodshed. Jahk stared at the drink in his hand in thought. It seemed Story had gotten hooked on this life of traveling and he could see why she was worried about settling down. Since Jahk could fly, he chose where they went, and Story followed....for her sake, he supposed, they would keep moving. "We would've stayed in Azai, you know...if it werent for mother's suicide...then you would have never been a drifter," he commented.

"Well...i do want to leave this place...i only know of two places that i can remember..the lab from where i ran away from..and here i cant remember any thing else" she took a sip of her drink and she looked at them and laughed lightly to herself and then looked at them. "have you two ever found someone you love before" she asked with a smile.

"Too bad you're already protecting Kagani...you could travel with us...see the sights..." Story said bluntly with a smile. It would've been nice to have her as a member of their two person family. She sighed to herself at the thought then gave Hitomi a very sly, very devious smirk. "Oh yes, I've found several people to love in the past..." she said, reminising a bit about the boyfriends of the past. There were so many! "Sadly, though, none of my former relationships ever worked out...I've given up on puppy love all together now...I'm waiting for the right one...Or at least that's what I've been telling myself. Its probably a lie though," she said happily, taking a drink from her half empty cup.

"Hmm, well maybe one day you'll be able to get out more...see the other parts of the world...Hani is a beautiful forest, I suggest trying to visit," Jahk advised with a smile. As Story rambled on about her past affairs he sighed over dramatically and gave her a gentle shove. "I told you you're too fickle," Jahk turned to Hitomi, "My sister is a heart breaker. She can never make up her mind about love. As for me, I've never been in one relationship. I truly am waiting for the right girl to come along, but even then complications will come about. I mean, how can I embrace the one I love when it could very well suck the life away from them?"

Romie stood up strait watching the black 'dog' named Oliver morph into a beautiful human boy,though his features were mainly covered.His hair was silver small strands stuck out,she gasped in amazement.He stood five or six inches taller than her and his eyes were brighter than hers which was strange because her eyes stayed the same exact color as they did when she was in her cat form"I don't think your in any way dangerous to me or that you could bring forward any danger that I couldn't handle"she grinned teasingly."I will leave if you tell be it would be best."though she knew she didn't really want to leave.

Story leaned forward in excitement, scarlet eyes wide at the news. "You're going to be able to leave? Will you join our family then?" she asked with the enthusiam of a little kid. In truth, her heart yearned to have someon else, someone she could trust like she could trust Jahk. When her mother killed herself, a hole had been made; she wanted someone to fill it. Selfish, yes, but perhaps Hitomi would like it too. "It would be lovely, to have someone else to call a loved one. It'll be like we were really related...only not," she said with a wink, brushing her dark hair out of her face again.

Jahk smiled happily at this news. "Wonderful," he said, bowing his head foreward, "Welcome to our small family Hitomi...but really Story you shouldn't be so pushy," he said looking at her with an amused smile. Story stuck out her tongue at him and Jahk laughed, loving small moments of celebration like this. It would be nice, he decided, to have someone else to call family and care and depend on. Without really meaning to, he looked over to the clock mounted on the weathered wall of the resteraunt. "Uhoh..." it was getting early. He had to away soon, otherwise he'd be useless in the sunlight. "Story, I'm going to go now," he said. Story looked at the clock curiously and nodded in understanding. Jahk bowed and waved goodbye to Hitomi and Story and headed into the break of dawn.

"o-oh alright then Jahk...wheres he going..oh yes maybe we should go two after all i need to show you around the building where we will be staying...for a little bit" she said with a light laugh and then walked a little way away as she made a slight yawn and then looked at a new flower that was on the wall and she looked at it with a smile.

Story waved goodbye to her brother and stood up with Hitomi. "Oh, he's going back to our previous residence. Jahk is pretty much blind in the day time, so we both keep a unsual sleep schedule. He's got to bring our things here to Kagani so we can get settled. We probably wont see him until later this evening," she explained with a sweet smile as she followed Hitomi out the door. "Ohh, that would be fun and helpful, hahh. I already forgot how to get there," she said poking her temple with an embaressed laugh.
