Jahk pulled his finger away with suprising ease. Suprising, since normally it felt as though his skin was glued to the spot. Slipping the dark glove back on, he rubbed hi hands together, feeling a strange but subtleness buzzing in his bones. With a quick attempt a harnessing the power he had never come in contact with, only a small spark srang out in front of him. The spark was followed by a gust of air, his own ability, then another spark, erupting in a bright flame around the air. He drew back and looked to Lyra. "It's still there...feintly, vert feint, but there still...be careful" he warned. "What's left of your powers shoudl return to you soon...i havent taken them." he added, not wanting her to think him a theif.

Lyra looked at the flames wistfully, then up at Jahk's face and smiled, "Thanks, it would be really weird to loose my powers, it would feel like loosing part of my self,"

Sage watched them "Well the herbs I gave her only keep her powers at bay and she can control them, that's all it does." He said then standing up looking around still being able to smell the same scent.

Jahk nodded and waited for the light buzzing to dissapar from his hands. It felt too weird, too hot. Slowly, it vansihed, his skin feeling normal again beneath the gloves. "I can only imagine...I've never lost my powers...i only take em," he said with a smile, though he was really worried about Lyra's well being.

Lyra laughed at Jahk's comment about only taking powers, "It must feel odd when you borrow someone's power." She looked up at him smiling slightly, she could see the worry on his face. Looking up at him, she felt small. She reached out and took his gloved hand lightly in her own, "I'm going to be fine, Sage gave me the right herbs and we are currently safe, so that's no need for my powers. I'm going to alright," she smiled at him, thinking, I feel like I belong, it's new and strange, but I like it. It feels nice, having someone worry about you, having someone there to take care of you when you can't

Sage looked down hearing his name then looked at Jahk, "Yeah Jahk she will be fine as long as we stay hear till her powers give her control again." He said then walking over to him and placing his hand on Jakhs shoulder.

As Akira slept she herd every thing that was going on around her, and yet she did not wake. She soon started dreaming as all the sounds dulled out around her.

Akira found herself standing in front of a small wooden house. as she looked around the place she was at she found it strange she was close to the house, it had earth walls all around it and the sky was very far over head, then she herd the laughter of children? she looked around and found a small girl and boy, then out of the house came a women with a smile and then a man who wraped his arm around the women and the children ran and tackled the man and the all laughed. But soon the laughter turned into screams of fear, hatered ,and dispair the little girl was being taken away from the people. The house was starting to burn as the women ran out with the boy and the man ran out after the little girl shouting out a name. 'Hitomi'....but even with him chasing the people his efforts were futial and the girl lost sight of the man, but after a moment a huge rour of pain from the man made it seem like the ground shook with fear.

Akira woke in a sweat as she panted and looked around, she saw that she had turned the tree she had been laying against into ice. After she saw that her hands were blue and had light steam coming from them. So pulled her legs in close to her chest and she kept quiet for the time being. She thought it might be best. 'what was that...was it a dream...or something else. it felt so...so real...but..what was it..and that name, what they all kept calling me... 'Hitomi'...what is it...am i really..Hitomi?' she questioned herself as she thought and put her head against her hands.

Jahk smiled feintly when Lyra took his hand. She had small, slender hands. Even through the glove her fingers felt cold, which was probably why she was worrying. "I know...I never doubted you Sage," He forced a smile and laughed "I can't help but be worried. It's how I am. It had just been Story and I for so long and well...now its not. I don't like thinking about losing people..." he turned then to Lyra again, "Not that I thought you wouldn't make it, but still..." he added.

Story's head turned casually as akira darted upward, suddenly awake from her prolonged slumber. "Akira!" she said happily, softly. Story was a cat now, a sleek black mass of fur that was rubbing her face against Akira's wrist. "You had us worried" she purrred.

Akira herd Story call her name and then felt something soft rub against her wrist as she looked, to see that it was Story as a cat and she petted her lightly. "..im sorry...." she said lightly as she looked at her hands as they were still a blue ish color and she moved her hands trying to hid them before she turned anything else to ice and she bit her lip. "um...i need to go down into that canyon we were at before...." she said lightly as she looked at Story and then at the others and she thought for a moment. "...my name...its not Akira...is it...is my name...Hitomi every one keeps calling me that...and i feel like that is my name...am i this Akira person you all were talking about before.." she asked as she looked at Story with a confused yet blank look.

Story looked at Akira/Hitomi with her large green cat eyes and sat down, her tail twitching back an forth, as if she were really thinking this over. "When I met you...you were Hitomi....but then, you kept denying that...you called yourself Akira...so you were Akira." she explained gently.

Lyra's smile grew when Jahk smiled, it was the first time she'd seen him smile. His smile was a pleasant one, it was nice, natural. "Yeah I know, what you mean. For the longest time I didn't have anyone. But now we all have each other, so we don't need to worry about every little thing. No, now I just have to worry about the big things, like my family. Their at the castle, they were stolen from me. I have to find, them, I just have no idea how. But as far as I know they're fine for right now," her smile faded a bit but she caught it and looked back up at Jahk.

Akira looked at Story and she bit her lip lightly, she now knew nothing. 'so...im not 'Akira' or 'Hitomi..what am i then...who am i...' She thought to herself as she sighed lightly and then put her hands on the ground, after a she sighed lightly she looked at the ground only to see that she was turning the ground into ice as well! She stood up now and looked at Story. "u-um..sorry i need to go now...i need to find out who i am.." she said lightly as she slowly walked away from the area and then looked to see where the canyon was trying not to fall down into it.

Jahk's smile twisted into a half smile half frown kind of deal, but he simply sighed calmly and looked up. "Don't worry...you've got a whole nother addition to your family...we can all help find them. I doubt there will be any objection," he said reassuringly.

Story looked nervously at Hitomi/Akira as she hobbled away and wondered what do to. In an instant, she darted over to Sage. "Sage! Hitomi is trying to take off somewhere...that canyon...its not safe for her alone...not when she's like this!" she said frantically.

Akira was still wondering around when she realized she had no idea where she was going and she sighed. After a moment she started walking around again and she looked around seeing that every thing she touched was turning into ice. "..what is wrong with me..." she said lightly to herself as she looked around and she soon found the canyon and she sat down on the ledge.
