"im just looking if anyone is fighting or if there is any kind of trouble" she said as she looked at him and then looked over to Story and then made a light laugh. "well..saddly this City maybe heading into war soon...with the Shadow kingdom...and so i want the people here to be so i want to know when danger is here so i can have the people leave safely" she said as she looked around and waved to every one as they walked by in the city and then she looked at the sky.

Jahk frowned when he heard the news about the possible war. "I'm very sorry to hear that. Story and I have managed to avoid bloodshed since we left Azai...for the most part anyways...looks like we might not be able to avoid it again," he said quietly. This news made him very sad; they had just gotten hope to be able to settle down safely in Kagami and they may have to evacuate very soon.

Story sighed. "That's very sad. I really lke it here; it's nothing like Azai, but that one of the good things. The memories we made ther werent the best ones..." Story said, now scanning the streets herself for anything that might be amiss. "What dispute are the two cities fighting about?" she asked.

Hitomi looked at them and put her head down. "yes..i am also sad that this is going to happen but that must be sad im sorry to hear that...but im going to be the one to protect this place...i will give my life to make sure this place stays how it is peaceful and safe for any one who is tired of looking for a place to live..since i have no idea where i come from" she said as she walked around as she looked and saw some kids playing and as they passed them she patted there heads lightly and then waved at them as the kids smiled and waved back saying hello. "well...anything that will make trouble but just warn them and they should stop but if not well they will be locked up" she said with a slight smile and then as they walked into a alley way she looked at them and smiled as she opened the door for them. "this place has great food the meal will be on me ok" she said with a smile as she waited for them.

Jahk nodded as Hitomi explained herself and her conviction in protecting Kagani. He would've loved to be able to promise he'd help as well, but he couldn't. If war was coming then him and his sister were fleeing, as they always did. He looked uneasily over to Story and could tell she was thinking the same thing. Jahk was about to protest about Hitomi paying for them but as soon as he opened his mouth, Story kicked him in the back of the knee.

"Shut up Jahk," she said with an evil smirk, "I dont have any money and I dont think you do either." She proceeded inside without making sure if Jahk was alright. She didnt kick him very hard. "Thankyou very much Hitomi," she said sweetly.

Jahk doubled back when he was kicked, pausing for a moment as he stumbled. "Ow!Jeez Story is that anyway to treat your brother?" he asked limping along. "And I do have some money, thanks for asking, left over from our job in Sanri...still though I wont argue...thankyou Hitomi."

Hitomi laughed lightly as they walked in and they were arguing and she then remembered about her own family and then shook off the feeling as the memories of the lab started to come back and then she sat down at a table and pointed at the chairs for them to sit at and she gave them the menus and she looked at them with a smile. "i wish i could remember what my family looked like...or who they were" she said as she looked at the waiter and she asked for her normal drink and then she looked at them waiting for them to order.

"You dont remember your family? That's very sad to hear Hitomi. Please dont be sad. Then I would be sad. Jahk and I's family got ripped up a while ago. We only have eachother now..." she said sadly, sitting down at the same table as Hitomi. "You could join our family if you'd like! Huh? You've already been so kind to us, and I've always wanted a sister.....No offense Jahk, twins are great too," she said turning around to face her hobbling brother.

Jahk smiled uneasily as he sat next to Story in the chair. Yes, it would be very nice to consider Hitomi one of their family members...but what would happen when they had to leave? Hitomi had already made it clear that she would stay and fight...Jahk didnt know if she were even able to leave Kagani, nonetheless travel the world like he and Story did. "Hmmm.." was all he said, putting on a smile as he waited to see what Hitomi would say first.

"but i hope you two can find some place to call your home" she said with a smile and then pushed herself a little back and then fell out of her chair with a thud.

~Romie Herea~

Romie turned to a cat she had been following slowly,listening carefully.She decided that this was boring her.She found an abandoned house and turned to her spirit self.'wow,the world always seems so different when i'm like this'she thought sadly.Romie started to fly up so she would just look like a white bird in the sky.Her short silver hair wouldn't shine since the moon nor the sun was out.She was flying for a long time over plain fields and small country homes,then she saw a dark dog creature in the distance.'maybe he's friendly,i hope he won't hurt me'she thought carefully then,slowly flew down not wanting to alarm him."Hello."Her voice was normal not showing any sign of fear.

Oliver in his wolf form slowly backed away his glowing green eyes locked onto the creature, his body was low to the ground and his claws dug into the surface beneath him.
"What do you want?" He growled waiting for an answer from the mysterious being that came from the sky.

Oliver was the type who put his people first then himself so the first thing he did was put his back to the kingdom, if he had any though that it was an attack he was going to go for the kill driving his fangs into it's flesh, then draining its blood.

Both Jahk and Story stood up in unision, making a move to try to catch Hitomi, only to fall a fraction late as she hit the floor. "Are you alright?" they asked together. "You really are very clumsy," Story stated with an embaressed smile, as she pushed Jahk out of the seat so that she could get by and help Hitomi.

"You should be more careful," Jahk added, offering her a gloved hand. He wore gloves for safety, due to his absorbstion powers; he didnt want to drain anyone when it wasnt necessary.

Romie looked at the dog,fear rolled across her face."Oh,...please give me a moment to explain."She breathed quickly trying to gather her thoughts"Well,I'm Romie"She answered quickly,as she turned into her human form.Her hair was messed up a bit.Romie slid to her one knee and tipped her head towards the dog."Please don't act in violence I'm just trying to find a friend.I saw you as I was flying,trust me I wouldn't harm your city or any city.She looked up finally to see the black dog.

Jahk laughed lightly, helping Hitomi up and took his seat again as his sister did. "Don't say that, you'll have us worried," he joked, though he figured she was probably right. Afterall, how could someone possibly fall over while sitting perfectly still. He smirked, wondering if he could find out more about their newest friend. "It's odd though...I though spirits were rather nimble creatures...It seems my sister was lying...what is you animal? If you dont mind me asking..." Jahk asked, curiousity brightening his scarlet eyes. Normally his Story was the nosy one, but he liked meeting new people.

Oliver stopped his defensive that seemed as if he was going to kill her and stood calmly, suddenly the noise of bones cracking echoed from his body and hair fell to the ground as he began to morph, the skin of the wolf turned into a jacket and beautifully soft looking human skin.

Oliver stood up straight his hood over his face making shadows cover his features apart from them amazing greens, they glowed even in human form allowing people to become almost dazed in a tranze like state.

"Sorry, you have to be careful now adays, but if you was smart you would leave because you have no idea what danger i could put you in." He said with a cold but soft voice.
"My name is Oliver." He said as he bowed his head down slightly due to manners that were almost craved into his being.
