Story

Story sat perched on the roof of one of the many corroded buildings in Kagani and looked out into the sky. "Jahk...where are you brother?" she asked the sky in a sing-songy voice. "Its getting late and you should be awake by nowww..." Sighing, Story layed back on the weathered stone of the roof and stared at her feet as she waited. Somewhere in the distance, she heard a sigh, perhaps even a few sorrowful words. "Hmm? Who's over there?" she asked herself. Maybe if I'm lucky I'll make a friend... she thought with a sly smile. Again, her creme colored cat ears perked up as she heard another set of unclear dismal sounding words. Story stood up, and nimbly set off toward the source of the voice across the roofstops.

Dasia the Fire Spirit Kitsune

"Brother! Brother! Wait up! Come back!" Dasia yelled in a high pitched voice. She was in her fox form, her coat was shining brightly in the sun as it poured upon the fox clan. "Sister, wait here!" A boy exclaimed. He was standing in his human form, tall and lean like his sister when she was in her own human form. "What is it?" The fox-spirit asked, she had now transformed into her human form as well as her brother. And peeked behind him. Her eyes grew large, and the sun hit them just right, and the blue was more subtle than the river of Hani itself. "Kagani..it's so..big." Their eyes grew brightly, smiling greatly. "Wow." They said at the same time. Moving the branches of trees and entering on a conrete pathway.

Finally, after much rooftop jumping and slipping on falling shingles, Story found what she was looking for. A girl was sitting on a rooftop as well, looking longingly at the horizon, perhaps for answers. Story smiled and crept behind her without a sound. She was stealthy, aa she often told herself, so this task was simple. As Story got closer, she could tell that there was something different about this red-headed girl. "You're not a demon...are you?" she asked suddenly, her scarlet eyes gleaming with excitment. She loved to toy with people, and this could possibly be fun.

Dasia the Fire Spirit Kitsune

Suddenly, Dasia's mother appeared, and grabbed the two of them by the arm. Her brother was yanked twice as hard, and her turned into his fox form and growled harshly at his mother. "This is FAR too dangerous for you Dasia and Malichai! How DARE you leave the forest without a gaurdian!" She yelled, fire spitting from her pores, and shouting. "We just wish to see Kagani, mother!" Dasia yelled, and her mother shook her head. "No, it's bad there." She softly said, cottling her children closely. "Now get back to the den, or else no supper!" She raised.

Keiko transformed into a purple butterfly she wanted to travel around, after, getting done with her mission. Being in the city Azai so much seemed a bit too boring sometimes so she decided to travel around to the next nearest city and have some fun. Since she's never really been to another city since her spirit human reincarnation. As Keiko flew around, into the next city she saw a girl on a rooftop, wondering who she was, she curiously flew right by her going around and around her head trying to get attation.

In this city that has started to crumble i saw the most amazing thing in my life....

Hitomi herd the person and jumped as she grabbed on to the ledge of the roof top dangling and she looked down. "geezz did you really have to scare me like that" She said as she pulled herself up and then looked at her as her dark pink hair fluttered in her hood and she looked at the girl with her black and dark blue eyes. "no im not a demon im a Spirit and what about you" She said as she looked at them and then looked at the sky and then she sat back down on the ledge as she pulled her knees into her chest and she watched the sky.

I saw you, your smile, the way you walked threw the crumbling city was it amazing it gave me hope for this last city as it crumbles around us all...

Romie jumped into the window or the old wooden house and turned to her human form,"Well,today's going to suck.Atleast I can run fast"she spoke softly though she knew no one would here her.She was alone.She grabbed the small bag filled with a change of close,her comb and the picture her brother gave her the week before he got sick."Well,time for me to leave,old rotten house"Romie walked slowly out the door and then started to run as soon as it shut.Her tears flowing she'd stop once she got to the nearest town.

"Hmmm....I think you should guess," Story said sitting on the roof now and rocking back and forth playfully. She gave the spirit a sly and devious smile. This was fun. Suddenly, a purple butterfly began flying around her face; it refused to be shooed away. There's something strange about you butterfly... she told it mentally. Her hand, as if instinctively, shot forward after the odd butterfly, as Story pursued it with childish pleasure.

Finally Romie was in the next town she jumped onto the first roof top and turned back into her cute cat self'i should keep hidden till i find someone to hang out with'she smiled because onthe very next roof top sat someone.Her small foot steps wouldn't bother her.She carefully stalked over to the cute girl that looked about her age and started to purr as she stuck her head between the teen girls arm and body.

When the strange girl looked at the sky again, Story did as well. It was getting dark; it was nearly dusk now. It's getting dark Jahk where are you? she thought, slightly worried. "Yes we are new here. Maybe you could show us around....your name is?" she asked, trying to get as much information as she could out of this little spirit as she could without giving up any of her own. Oh yes, she really did love toying with people. Story smiled to herself, finding amusement in her own little trick and scanned the sky once more.

Oliver stood on the top of a dark gothic style building looking down at the kingdom below as he watched the people journey on with their everyday lives, talk with one another, some laughing, others crying from sorrow and happiness and others well just being. Oliver gave a small smile as he continued to watch with the wind blowing against him making his coat flap freely while his hood masked most of his face, the only visible features were that shown by the moon, of courses his glowing green eyes and his silver white hair.
“Peace at last, I hope.” He whispered to himself.

In the city a little girl tugged on her mothers arm pointing up into the sky, well at Oliver to be more accurate, he knelt down slightly and tilted his head as he listened.
“Mummy look its that doggy man, can we keep him if I catch him.” She said with a giggle which made Oliver smile.
“No darling now stop pointing, he is dangerous.” She said dragging her daughter of this now making Oliver slightly annoyed.

Keiko replied back telepathically saying " Oh, I was flying around you just to get your attation in a playful way, of how I say hi now. " Keiko then gave the girl some distence away and turned into her half butterfly and half girl form looking at the girls and greeting them saying "Hello, am Keiko, and I new here as well, I would be glad to be shown around, you see, am from the city of Azai. Living there, for a while, not going anywhere special I decided to come here."

"hm..well im this towns spirit thats all you need to know for now and who is this we, but i would love to show you around" she said with a smile and then pet the cat again and then to the girl that was the butter fly and smiled. "well its nice to meet you..your from Azai..cool i do not remember where i am from...but i cant leave this city" she said as she looked at the city and then closed her eyes as she felt the sun faid away.

"Oh! I'm sorry," Story said a little startled when the butterfly spoke. The tiny purple thing fluttered away and turned into a woman. "I thought you were a spirit. Nice to hear you are from Azai. My brother and I are as well," she said with a smile. She frowned immeadiatley after. Shoot! I gave information about me away... she thought, thinking now that her and the other spirit were now tied in her secret game.
