If you love me, then let go of me.
I won't be held down by who I used to be.
She's nothing to me.
» Ariella looked around. The cab she had gotten out of a few minutes ago had drove away in a hurry. She wondered why that was. She hissed at the cat who blocked her way. She HATED cats. Both she, and them, never got along. But then again, who knows why? She bent her knees slightly as if to pounce on the black cat standing in her way.
» "Move it small fry, before I make you fly all the way to China!" she hissed again. Little did she know it, but the cat seemed to have stopped grooming itself and look towards her. It glared at her and hissed at her.
» "Don't tell me what to do lady! You have no idea who you are talk'n to!" it hissed as it ran off. Ariella was meanwhile in shock.
» Ariella fell back on the gravel ground. She groaned. The fright of the cat being able to talk back to her, let alone her being able to understand it, was truely terrifying. She tried to catch her breath. She was beginning to hypervenilate again.
» This is way to weird! Cat's don't talk back at all! she thought to herself. She held her hands to her chest. The cat was still glaring at her up on the steps to the manision. She hardly noticed another car pull up and a figured emerged from it. Her body shook with fear.
» THIS PLACE MUST BE HAUNTED! she mentally screamed. Her eyes growing wider at the possibility. She felt herself tense up a bit more. She sat up brushing off her capries and glared at the cat. Now was the time to face her fear of cats. She pushed up her purple sweater sleeves as she shoved her dagger, which had fallen out of her pocket, back into it's hiding spot and marched over to the cat.
» "NOW YOU LISTEN HERE! I WILL NOT BE TALKED DOWN TO! UNDERSTAND ME?!" she yelled at that cat. Waving her finger at it, chastising it for being mean to her. The cat glared at her more and scratched her hand as it ran off again.
» Ariella winced as the cat scratched at her hand and recoiled. She held the hand to her chest again as she blew on it slightly. Tears began to form at her eyes. Most of the time animals liked her! What was up with this cat?! She felt herself grow more and more irritated. She decided to run after it again.
» "Come back here you mangy feline!" she said as she ran towards it. The cat sprinted towards the new comer. If Ariella wasn't careful, she would most likely lose her balance and rolled across the gravel into the boy that stepped out.
Feels like the weight of the world,
Like all my screaming has gone unheard.
And oh, I know you don't believe in me.
Safe in the dark, how can you see?
