Zem was on his stomach, the wound wasn't fetal or anything like that, Zem just layed on the ground and said quietly. "T-that could have been worse, he could have killed me, I've been mugged before, but I always gave them my money and they would leave me alone" Zem looked at the blood on the ground that dripped from his cheek.

"Zem? What are you doing?" Kara said, looking down at him curiously. She cocked her head, her ears flopped along with it.

Zem got up. "It's OK, I was just in shock, I have been mugged before, I would give them my money, but they never attack me" Zem gave a fake smile. "I'm OK, it's my fault, I should have brought more money" Zem gentle grabbed Kara hand. "Come on let's go"

Kara smiled and nodded, her tail wagging happily. "Okay. Let's go home." She said happily.

Zem and Kara reached the mansion. "Wow, look how big this place is" Zem opened the door and walked inside. "It's looks even bigger from the inside" Zem looked at the adoption paper. "It's says you have mysterious, cool, what can of mysterious do you have"

Kara smiled impishly, looking up at Zem. "That's classified~" She said mischiviously. "You'll have to find out." Her ears pricked up and she smiled, tugging on his hand.

"Come on! Let's go see the rest!"

Zem nodded. "OK" Zem followed Kara though the mansion. "Wow, it's big, I'm kinda of afraid I could get lost" Zem laughed. "That would be funny, right Kara" Zem's stomach growled. "I'm kind of hungry, let's look for the kitchen" Zem looked around. "Do you see the kitchen"

Kara smiled and sniffed the air. "I smell food...could it be that way?" She asked, pointing. She smiled, her tail wagging. She liked being helpful to Zem.

"Are you hungry Alex asked as he sat on the bed looking at here." He was thinking
to himself as he sat there.

Zem looked toward the way Kara pointed. "Maybe" Zem crossed his arms. "I'll race you 1 go" Zem ran down the hall toward which was the kitchen. Almost there, I going to make it, ah crap tripped Zem tripped over his shoes lace. "So close" Zem was a few feet away from the kitchen doorway.

Kara giggled, reaching the doorway. "I win!" She gleefully cried, then walked over to him. She held out her hand, grinning. "Come on, Master. Let's eat."

Zem got up with Kara's help. "Please don't call me, that call me Zem, after that's my name" Zem walked over to the fridge. "Hmm, what do neko eat" Zem looked in the fridge. "I don't know, I'm I supposed to feed you human food or cat food" Zem grabbed stuff to make sandwiches.

"Yes i am hungry Alex said to Isabella." "we could go find the kitchen and find some
thing to eat."

She gets up and stretches and heads towards the door looking back at Alex as she reaches it.
