Raquel Scars

||Curious One||

Raquel sat on the bench in the park, paper on her lap and a pencil in hand. She stared down at the page as she wrote, taking notes from a book called: The supernatural. It was a book on every weird house, place, thing, on the face of the earth. Rogue had come her for one thing, to visit a masion, that was supposivly haunted. "Number 25. Just 10'750 to go." Rogue said with a smile on her face. She had got to 24 places already, and she was proud of it. She placed the books in her backpack, allong with everything else she carried. She stood up from the bench and began to walk towards the address of the house, her blood boiling with excitment.

((i know we just started but i'll be right back!!!))

Terra held her violin case, with her fingers wrapped tightly around it's handle. She felt a pounding sensation in the back of her mind, beckoning her. Little did she know, she was approaching a large mansion. Terra had past that mansion numerous times, but never really paid any attention to it. She stopped dead in her tracks, and turned to the large estate. 'It's so....eiree.' She thought to herself, as she studdied it carefully. One side of her told her to keep walking past it, but the other side said to peek around. Sadly, she was a very curious, and naive girl. Thus, the curious side won. So, she turned and threw her case over the fence, and hoped over with it. Once on the other end, she plucked her case up and continued over to the front door.

Alaster Greenwood

Alaster, who was at the tallest point in the mansion, sat at the window, looking down into the streets. What a quiet few days it has been. Not many humans came to the door anymore, or at least not yet. He had missed the sweet taste of female blood, and craved it. Some of his "brothers" had blood lusts they couldn't control, while others didn't seem to be effected this whole time. Alaster felt the lust, but he would be able to control it if a human came to the door. Sure enough, as he looked out of the window, he spoted a female climbing over the fence. "Well, well, well.....what do we have here? A curious human walking on our property....now this shall be interesting...." Alaster said with a smirk on his face as he watched her closely. He was waiting for the her to knock on the door before moving, just incase she decided to leave. It would be smart thing for the girl to do, but they didn't know about the vampires that lived in the house, nobody did. All the humans thought was that the place was haunted.

Terra bit onto her lower lip, and approached the door. Her heartbeat raced, as she set down her violin. "Here goes nothing..." She muttered, as she brought a hand up to nock onto the door. She steadied her breathing, and calmed herself. She had no idea why she was doing this, but chose to just go with it. Terra knew she might get in trouble, but chose to play along with a little lie. She could pretend to be a traveling musician? Perhaps... She drew in a deep breath as she awaited an answer.

"...so quiet..." a girl wispered softly hugging a pale blue sweater closer to her in her hands a set of keys clinked together with her every step. step clink step clink step clink. "I can't believe this.....My car broke down, my batteries dead and there's not a house for miles!" she whined to herself rubbing her head. "Ugg this stupid things heavy." she muttered as she shifted a strap on her shoulder on her back was a simple school backpack. she crossed her arms as she walked and in the distance she saw a light "A house...." she muttered and soon she started to ru down the street to get there faster her feet slapping against the pavement as she ran towards the light and soon she could see the mansion so picturesque against the night sky. her eyes took in the haunting look and the mystery of the place and she walked slowly passed the open gate taking in every aspect of the mansion now wanting to miss a detail .

Alaster Greenwood

He waited, listening for the knock on the door, and sure enough, a knock was heard. His smirk never left his lips as he walked own the many staircases to the front door. He unlocked the door and opened it, to see the young girl he had seen crossing his lawn. "Hello there. I had been expecting you." Alaster said in a calm, cool voice as he looked into Terra's eyes. He was dressed in victorian clothing and had tight black gloves on. Alaster looked behind her and noticed another female. 'Hm.....must be the change in weather....' Alaster thought as he looked back at Terra.

Terra's eyes widened as her eyes fell upon the handsome male before her. Her lips parted, but nothing came out. He had been expecting her? What was this all about? Well, she would find out soon. Terra felt numb as he spoke to her. Looking him over, she rather liked him. He sure could dress himself. She snapped back to reality and spoke softly. "What exactlly do you mean...? Do I know you?" She asked, confused. This was all very puzzling to her as she stood straight up, perfect posture. Little did she know, she was face to face with one of the most amazing urban legends. Well, not so much a legend anymore.

Michelle looked up seeing a man greet a young woman "Excuse me sir. I don't mean to trespass but do you have a phone you wouldn't mind me using. You see my car broke down a couple miles down the road and I have no phone to call anyone with." she said looking at the man taking his old victorian like outfit. 'He's like a prince of old....' she thought making sure to look pleasant and to smile.

Alaster chuckled when Terra's eyes widened, then at the confused look on her face. "I do not know you, my dear, I just noticed you hopping the fence and walking accross the lawn." Alaster said giving Terra a soft smile. It was lucky that Alaster was able to make his fangs dissapear, then come back when he was hungery, or it would be difficult to talk to people without them seeing the fangs. When the other young girl came to the door, asking for a phone, Alaster shook his head. "Im sorry, but this house is so old, we do not have phones. The city is quite a ways away from here, and it would be smart if the both of you stayed here, in the shelter of my home.....unless you need to be somewhere soon?" Alaster suggested, looking at the both of them. It was true though. The only phones they could use were the extreamly old fashion ones, the ones that took you forever to dial, having to turn the spinny wheel so many timed. The last one they had, one of his brothers destroyed it. Alaster then looked at Terra and admired her posture. You didn't see many women having a perfect posture like that anymore.

Terra looked over and saw another female. She smiled warmly to her, as she asked for a phone. Terra had been walking home from a performance, and knew that her parents would be worried. Yet, there was something stuck into her mind that beckoned her. "Oh, I see. Well, that would be much desired..." She gave him a slight nod, agreeing to stay for the night. "How much would you charge for the night? I can pay in full...." She said as she fumbled through her pocket. Being a wealthy girl, money wasn't of any value to her, and she always carried a good ammount of it on her. Secretly in her violin case, she had money she was saving up to move out with. Terra would move into a nice loft maybe? Perhaps. She plucked her violin case up, and awaited to be let inside. She couldn't shake this little voice in her head telling her to leave, but instead, she chose to ignore it and stay.

Michelle bit her lip in thought. "That's very kind of you sir." she said softly while the girl had perfect posture it appeared she had perfect manners "Thank-you for inviting us to your home." she said softly looking at the man he was quiet handsome that much was for sure. "I'm not sure how I could pay to stay in your home, I haven't much money." she said softly now feeling very out of place "I'd be able to clean for you if need be." she said softly looking at the man a small voice nagging her in the back of her mind to leave but leave where she had no where to go.

Alaster shook his head, before opening the door wide and stepping aside. He jesgured with his hands. Right hand on his stomach, while the other was lifted to the side. He bowed his head down slightly. "Come in." Once they walked into the house he closed the door, locking it. He then turned around to look at the girls. "No need to pay, ladies. This is not a hotel so there is no need for a fee to stay in my house." He then clapped his gloved hands together and said, "Now then. I need to get the two of you rooms." Alaster thought for appoximatly two seconds before saying, "Leave your bags over to the side and follow me into the living room. You can relax there while I fix up some tea and get your rooms ready." Alaster gesjured over to the old wooden coffetable by the stairs. Above the table was a old looking mirror (accept it's brown). Alaster then began to walk slowly, awaiting for them to put down their bags. Once they did, Alaster showed them to living room. "Here we are. Please.....make yourselfs at home...."

((sorry it took so long......needed to find the pictures.))

((also....vampires do have a reflection....just so you know))

Terra stopped, and pulled her hand out of her pocket. She smiled to him, as he let them in. "Thank you so much sir..." She said as she set down her case in the designated area, and headed into the living room. "Tea? I can help you with that....If you'd like." She said, offering to lend him a hand. She was raised to always do so. She felt like she owed him something for some odd reason. Perhaps it was for housing them for free? She shrugged the thought off, as she awaited his response. "By the way, my name is Terra." She said as she held out her hand to him. All of this talk, and she never introduced herself? How rude indeed...

[[No worries. ...Lovely home!~]]

Pardon my noobness. I am questing again- so bear with me.
Alaster Greenwood

Alaster looked at Terra and smiled. "Terra......such a beautiful name....." He took her hand and bent down slightly, kissing her hand lighty. His lips were smooth, extreamly smooth. He then stood up straight and let go of Terra's hand. "Oh, how rude of me! I invite you into my house yet you don't know my name!" Alaster stepped back slightly and said, "Alaster Greenwood, at your service....." Alaster then bowed, placing a hand on his stomach. He then stood up and smiled. "No need for you to help. I've got it all covered." Alaster said with a reasuring smile. "Now you just relax, and I will back shortly." Alaster then turned and headed down the hall way, toward the kitchen.

((thanks!! XD))
