Kandi walked over and thought about the question. "Um...I was hoping to stay a while...I'm not quite sure how long..." she said. She honestly didn't know how long she wanted to stay.

Isabella looked up at the traveler curiously and then looked back at the computer to type up all of the information. "Well, alright. Just as long as you dont run out of money I guess," Maybe she's a rich traveler she thought but shrugged it off. "Which room would you ike to stay in. A one bed twin mattress is our cheapest."

Kandi smiled and nodded. "That one works!" she said.

"Alright then, That'll be $something dollars," She walked over to the back room and came back out with room key, "Your room will be floor 2 room 326," she was about to hand the key to the girl but pulled it back before the girl could take it, "Wait, will you pay before or after."

Kandi took out her wallet and pulled out a debit card. "I can pay now..." she said and handed it to her. "Thank you!" she said.

"Alright then," she took the debit card and swiped it before giving it bach to her along with the room card. "Enjoy your stay," she said before realizing that she could do some more stuff, "Would you like me to help you with your bags?" Sh elooked behind the giirl to see if h=she had any luggage that she needed help with.

Kandi looked at the girl and smiled. "I got it. Thank you though!" she said as she walked to the elevator.

Alright then, Isabella watched the girl go towards the elevator and sighed. They would have to go and advertise some more if they were going to have a business.

Tal ordered, getting the Pancake Combo minus the eggs and a large cup of milk. When he finished ordering he turned back to Gillian. "Is this really okay?" He asked her. "I mean... it's really okay for me to move in?" Even as he was ordering, he couldn't help but worry about it. He wasn't so sure it was a safe idea to get in a relationship with his boss, and move in with her. If something happened between them and they were to separate he would be in no better a position then when he packed his bags and took the first Greyhound out of the state that he could pay for. He remembered the first month, he spent most of it sleeping at motels looking for work and apartments. It wasn't until after he ran out of money and was forced to sleep on the streets that he had been found by Gillian, and she was willing to give him a job and let him stay with her until he could find an apartment of his own. It was for his kindness he was willing to accept her offer and do whatever he could to help, but he still couldn't help but worry.

Gillian laughed softly, "You worry too much Tal." she said softly. She crossed her arms delecatly and placed them on the table. She smiled to him in comfort, "Rest assure, it will be just fine. It gets rather lonely in that house by myself. Toffe is there, but he doesn't talk much.." she said. Speaking her thoughts from earlier out loud. She watched as the waitress brung their drinks out, telling them that the food would be done momentarily. She foused her vision back to Tal.

"That's what my sister always said." He said, frowning and taking a drink of the milk brought out to him. 'Maybe it's a girl thing.' He thought as he sipped the white liquids quietly. Setting the glass down he raised another brow at Gillian. "Toffe is also a rabbit, should Toffe be talking?" He said jokingly, born under the impression that talking animals were abnormal.

[Oh wow I haven't watched that show in... years. An older friend used to take me out to his house and we would watch that anime until like 3AM. I think I'm still around episodes 200 or something. XD]

Gillian smiled softly, "You have a good point." she said with a soft smile. She saw his previous frown, her smile faded, "Tal. You do not have to stay with me if you do not want to." she said softly. She gripped her coffee mug in her hands. She blew onto the surface, the rising steam expanded, then more escaped out of the hot drink. She carefully rose it to her lips and took a small sip. She sat it back to the table, staring into the liquid, she waited for his reply.

"It's not that I don't want to stay with you, I'm happy actually that you would allow me to live with you." He said slowly, elbows on table and both hands clutching his glass with his eyes focused on the bubbles inside the cup. "No, I will definitely move in with you..." He said, his voice full of determination. "I suppose I'm just worrying too much about the future." He said, looking up and seeing the waitress coming around the diner with their food. "We'll talk about this afterwards, we should eat and hurry back to Bunny's. We can't leave it unattended with just your servers for long."

Gillian nodded, "You're right." she said..she sighed softly as the waitress brought them the food. She quickly picked her fork up and began to eat. She tossed the strawberries to the side. Taking small bites of her pancakes, she began to wonder as well...about the future that is. What if Bunny's didn't work out..she did have savings..but that would only go so far..she frowned faintly. Then sat her fork down and munched on a strawberry, she ended up eating only a fourth of her pancakes. Now she was stuffed.

Tal ate quietly, with his eyes wandering around the diner seeing the different kind of people there eating. The food was good, he had to admit, but better than he had expected. Not to mention he didn't have it served to him on his lap face down. When he finished eating, he set his fork onto the plate and pushed it to the side, reaching for a napkin and wiping his mouth off. When he finished he tossed that too onto the plate and reached into his pocket to retrieve his wallet. The waitress would be coming around soon, and since this would be his last time spending money on something for a while he thought he'd at least do this. "I'll pay." Was all he could say setting a three dollar tip on the table and pulling out an estimated amount of money for the bill. When the waitress finally did come around, he was internally happy to know he guessed close and he paid her. "Should we ask for a to-go-box?" He asked, gesturing to the unfinished pancakes.
