They traveled, a group of eight...
Eight teenagers decided to take a look around a forest outside of their town. They didn't realize how far they had gotten before they ran into an old, abandoned mansion. The boys began laughing at the girls, saying that they couldn't last one minute in the building. The girls, quick to defend themselves, took the challange, and the eight all walked into the building.
...Floors creaking, spiders crawling...
The first thing they noted was how dirty the place was. Obviously it had been abandoned for many years. The boys and girls searched the place, trying to find any sign of why it was abandoned, but they found nothing. Finally they headed upstairs, and that was when everything took a turn.
...Eyes glittering, string spinning.
They all headed into a study, which seemed more used than any other room. They heard soft laughter, faint chatter. But who could that be? Was it ghosts? Spirits?
The girls were huddled tightly together, the boys attempting to act tough, but their hands were shaking. Finally they came upon a note that appeared out of know where. One of the boys picked it up, then read aloud:
Take care of my creations.
Show them what it's like to live...
The note seems unfinished, some of the letters smeared and the paper crinkled as if it was open many times. The boy put the note back on the table, his eyes flickering back and forth when suddenly a sound was heard.
Clinking wood.
The eight teens whirlled around, and standing in front of them were puppets...
Created for a purpose...
The teenagers soon got to know the puppets, and they realized that they had been created by an elderly man who wanted to make life-sized models of humans, and yet they were of different races. Angels, Nekos, those sort of races. He had put souls in all of them, different personalities. Some where kind, some shy, and some were even energetic. But they were not all good.
...To live, to breathe...
Some were dark, twisted, and, as many would say, evil. They were manipulative, and took the humans as a way to escape their dust-filled world and enter the real one, with humans. Once there, they would take control and soon they would be the ones to control what happens and what doesn't. But there is only one flaw in their plan.
...To see what life is really like.
Some people have discovered the puppets already, and their intentions are to kill them. They believe that such a thing cannot live, and that they are all evil, which is not completely true. They still come out to hunt them, and it's up to the eight teenagers to choose weither to help, or destroy their new findings with the hunters.
Which side will you choose?
