~*Twisted Hope*~

The story before

Once, hovering high in the sky was a base filled with trees and forests. But, hidden deeper in these woods are creatures, human experiments created for survival. These experiments are monitored by scientists, their creators, that write down the experiments potentail, weaknesses, and life span. The purpose of locking the experiments in the domes are for this...to see who can survive against one another.
Whoever survives is to be crowned champion, then their DNA will be used to make clones. These clones will be created to make a super army, which will help the scientist take over the human race.
At first the experiments thought that all life was about was fighting, and that the only way to survive is to kill. But one day, a boy that was injected with dragon DNA, discovered the real reason they were locked together and fighting, and soon ended the blood-shed. The scientists were furious, and killed him on the spot.
After the scientists found out that the experiments knew, they sent out hunters. These hunters lacked in emotion, but succeeded in killing, the one thing the scientists wanted.
But two hunters realized that life wasn't just about killing experiments, and they realized it by the help of three experiments. One hunter that is in this bunch though, still struggles with his bloodlust and is determined to find his creator.
When they raided the scientists compounds, the scientists realized that these experiments and hunters were no longer use to them in the way they wanted...but for something better.

Public appearence.

As soon as the three hunters and three experiments break in, they are soon knocked out, and that is when they are transported to the next level.
The desert dome.
They blink, awakening after a long travel they didn't even know that they took. Confused, they realize that other experiments and hunters also awaken around them. So they were not alone? These experiments and hunters were actually in the forest dome as well, and that the whole dome had been gased with sleeping gas. They thought that their life had been worse before, but they have no idea how bad it's going to get.
They think that since they 'sort of' have an alliance, that they will live in harmony for a short time, and for a couple of minutes they do. But the scientists have a new trick up their sleeves, and now that they had a public audience, (who think that this is all an act and that it was just a global TV show) they have to keep entertained, they release a new type of creatures called 'desert rats'. Cold, heartless experiments with one quest and one quest only.

To kill everything in sight.

All goes well at first for the scientists, but yet again the experiments and Ex-hunters over power the desert rats, and an even bigger alliance is made. They begin to set out, but little did they know the enemy was one of their own.
An ex-scientist (supposedly) by the name of Zen was with them. His mind had been washed and he remembered nothing, but little did they know, he was only a clone for the real deal. The real enemy. Many were not concerned of him, since he did not fight as much, only defended. They were wrong to doubt him.

The Scientists struck back.

As the experiments began to invade the base, Zen (who was then called EX at the moment due to an inccent) slipped into the base and met up with his creator, A scientist named Vincent. Vincent ordered Zen to release the rest of the captured experiments, and while that was insued, Vincent quickly downloaded information from a file.
Outside, a battle was just about to boil over until finally the experiments and desert rats became successful. One of the experiments planted a bomb, but then suddenly Vincent got a hold of it, and tinkered with it so when the blast went off, they were then teleported to a new dome....a destroyed city.

The story now...

Awakening once again, the experiments and desert rats looked around, dazed. They realize they are in a city, but it is all burned down and crumbled. Completely deserted by the looks of it. Their eyes shift around, and their hearts sink when they realize where they are....in another dome.
They know that a new enemy will rise, and yet they are clueless that it is one of their friends. The scientists, who have now found out that humans were useless to trust, created robots. The robots take on a human form, but one flick to the forhead or punch to the stomach, you suddenly feel iron, metal, gears. They have abilities, just like the experiments, but this time they are stronger, faster, built to last longer. Nothing gets in the way of them, and yet a group of kids known as the Rebellion linger. They were here first, and survived the destruction of their homes caused by the scientists. Now they battle to reclaim their home, killing robots until they finally get to the source, the scientists. But with the Experiments suddenly appearing, they began bumping heads, not sure if to trust the newcomers. Not knowing if they were real people, or just another robot.

Alliances are born and rivalries are twisted as fate, destiny, and hope take another turn for the worst.

Who will survive, and who will crack under pressure?

It's all in the hands of fate....

...the fore-shadowing of destiny....

...and the hope that keeps them strong.

XD ). You can't post your character 'accidentally' bumping into someone and then start batting their eyelashes and talking about how they are helpless and useless. If your character is that helpless, then they probably would have been dead long ago. (harsh but true since this is a survival rp. )

~*Goal/Setting*~

-Experiments & Desert Rats- You never seem to get a break in this crazy place called life. Snoop around, look for an exit, and discover who the Rebellion are.

-Robots- You have been Programmed to destroy all life-forms besides your creators. Everything that has a heart beat, takes a breath, is a target.

-Rebellion- Discover who these new people are and how much they know and if they are a threat, or a friend.

-Scientists- Since they don't play a big role in the roleplay, anyone can control one. For example, "The scientist smirked as he typed in the computer to lay out traps." That sort of thing. But if you would like to make a scientist as a character, please use the Robot layout and for their power put scientist.

This roleplay takes place in a deserted city. Rubble and destroyed buildings lay all around you. The roads are cracked and stores seem strangely broken into. It's more difficult to move around in this place, for every step you have to step over a least one peice of debrie. When you reach the outskirts of the city, you are intercepted by a large wall of glass created by the glass dome that covers the town. If you somehow destroy the dome, there's no point in escaping since there are no other lifeforms for many many many miles. You'll die before you even reach help.

~*The Rebellion's Code*~

There are 12 members of the Rebellion, none on which have super powers. But they are extremely fit and are skilled free runners. They are all kids who have no parents since they were killed in the distruction of their home. They know almost everything about their town, and they intend on using the experiments, who they do not want to get close to; Or do they?, to defeat the robots and/or escape the dome as well as know who covered their city.
They're stronger and faster than they look, so don't underestimate them! To keep everything straight and organized, the leader of the group has come up with a distinct list of rules. Break them, and you are removed from the group:

*Always wear your masks, and never take them off around the experiments or robots.*
*If you feel threatened or that your mask will be removed they quickly disperse, and run away until the feelings gone.*
*The kids can all communicate through sign language (Use italics when speaking in sigh language), but it's there own style so not everyone outside there group will be able to pick it up.*
*The kids will rarely say more then 5 words when speaking to an experiment, because they are secretive.*
*There are 12 members of this group, none on which have super powers. But they are extremely fit and are skilled free runners.*

Don't get on my bad side: He can be cocky and sarcastic and likes to take his anger out on others. He doesn’t cares for others feelings even though something inside him tightens every time he kills someone. That was before the desert, now he's more caring and sometimes he will space out from time to time since he isn't used to being like this. He's still cocky though, let alone sarcastic.
The hunt was my life: Damien was found digging through trash in the dumpster by a scientist. Damien was very hostile toward the scientist and kept threatening to light him on fire even though he didn’t have powers. The scientist smirked and took Damien where he was given the ability of controlling flames. It was a joke for the scientist, but it ended up being very useful for hunting. But now he uses the ability for survival since he is now trying to team up with the experiments. So far it's all going well, and suddenly he's the protecter of the group. It's a role that he sticks to and will never let down.

She is quick to defend herself and sometimes others in the spur of the moment. She's slowly becoming more distant as the domes progress but will still speak up.
My life is short: When she was created, the scientists had high hopes for her since she can control the earth, but she wasn’t trained enough when they put her in the dome. She was told about the scientists ideas from the dragon boy, and never thought they would do such a horrible thing. But then she thought about it and understood now why she was there.

She was the best fighter at first, until more began to come, then she was like the others. She didn’t mind…too much anyway. She felt like she needed to prove herself more to the scientists. But now that she does not connect with them any longer, she feels...useless. like she doesn't have a purpose.

I act differently sometimes: He is very void of emotions, probably the most emotion you can get out of him is boredom and sometimes there’s a glimmer of joy in his eyes when he kills. Mostly though, he had no emotion in him, or so it seems…
To kill is my act: Ryku was created with the ability to shape-shift into animals. The scientist made sure that his emotions would be extremely hard to release. So hard, that each time he feels a strong emotion, the scientists give him a strong shock from a chip that is located underneath the skin in his arm. The shock is sent through his body and makes him collapse with pain and the pain continues until he is emotionless once more. His creator was killed later on, but the chip is still located in his arm, so secretly he's a little paranoid about someone finding another remote.

The only one thing that he refuses to look as anything but food or a stain of blood is humans that made him the way he is now.

During the first show, after seeing what they did to the hunter and experiments; Vincent started to try and help them escape but it was his undoing. The other Scientists went over his work and found out what Zens plan, it made the Scientists think," If he likes them so much mybe he should join them?" So they knocked Zen out and made Zen what he wanted to save: a human with the power to fight. The Scientists new that they would have to wipe Zen's mind before dropping him off with the others, or he might have unveiled the scientist true plans.( if you were in the last role play you would no most of this is a lie and his past is unknown)

There are many sides of me: He is a caring experiment all he wants is to save lives and destroy the scientist that made them.
My life is short: He wasn't really known in the other domes as he stayed on his own and away from the others. Before he was experimented on he was a monk prodigy for their martial arts. The scientist sought him out do to his seemingly inhuman abilities for martial arts and yet they were all in reach of every person.

There are many sides of me: Cold, heartless and cares for no one other then herself. Yet deep down inside she is kind and caring.
My life is short: Vera was taken away from the ruined city once a scientist found her wondering around badly wounded looking for her younger sister. After she was taking away, that scientist did such painful and inhuman experiments on her. The scientist also wiped most of her memories and for those that were just too stronger to be rid of, placed a devise in her that would hold them back and make her into an emotionless tool. Thought the scientist did allow some to surface such as anger, hatred and a sick joy of killing. Also they modified her body a little, she has one bionic eye so the scientist can see what she does(gathers data), allows her to read vital signs and allows her to read situations and what the dangers are. Other modifications is that her left arm was replaced as her real one was badly damaged when the city was destroyed yet works as a normal one and has real skin covering it. The last would be that Vera now has micro chips in her body. One in her mind to fight back any human memories and another to keep her under control of the scientist. Vera disobeys and the scientist can activate it to kill her.

I Act the way I want to: Rorie is described as a flamboyant flirt, random yet loyal and always too laid back. But in actuality he is smart, cunning, and will do what ever it takes to protect his kin.
I wish I could go back to the way everything was: Rorie life is simple, he made friends and had a wonder family; but everything went wrong way to fast and that's when his new life began. Rorie had lost everything but his lust for revenge. He made a few mistakes and ended up getting a large scar on his shoulder after his first run in with a robot. After learning his lesson he ended up meeting some really cool kids who where in situations similar to his, being the oldest out of the survivors he started the rebellion... There goal is to get there revenge and they found the perfect way to get what they want... the 'newbies'. Rorie's kin have not only created their own language but also learned how to move about the ruin town and keep there selves hidden, but for how long?

I Act the way I want to: Tyler is the fastest boy in the group (hence the name QuickSilver) and is always up for a challenge. With all the speed, who wouldn’t be cocky? He claims he can outrun anything and anyone without even a stumble. He can be fierce and deceiving around enemies, and is usually used as the distraction since he can run away quickly.
I wish I could go back to the way everything was: Tyler’s life wasn’t what you called perfect, but it was much better than what it is now. He had a mother, a father, and a little sister. Everything was great until the scientists attacked. They killed his family mercilessly, and almost killed him too if he hadn’t gotten a hold of his father’s pistol. That’s what he carries around now, in remembrance of his family.

I Act the way I want to: Acts cold to those she does not know or trust. Yet really she is a kind girl with a big heart, she just has a hard time showing it due to everything that has been happening. Also Keira is quick to temper and has her childish moments which at times makes her seem less younger then she really is but all in all she is mostly calm and level headed for a kid.

The spear is tipped with one of the latest poisons that literally dissolves the body part that it hits. The spear is only wieldable by him because it has a link to him. My weapons are weilded: She has one ability and one ability only. She is able to, if there is a large group of people, throw a group into absolute panic, in which people will fight against each other. She uses robotic files that she read all the way through to learn everything about them and then exploits them, using them to turn them against their own friends and cause extreme panic and betrayal.
Does Not Compute: One word, heartless. She cares not for the trifles of man and wishes they were dead, they had only caused her pain in the past so she wonders why not just destroy them? She completely agrees with what they are doing.
I was Created this way: Nissa has no past. She is the other vanguard of the base, and she gave Dyre an imunity to the panic that she causes so he won't be affected. In this way, they will be the only ones who aren't panicing and betraying their old friends.

The chill of the morning pierced Talons exposed skin like needles but he didn't mind, the sunrise was just two beautiful for him to miss. His colorful mask was pulled down over his face sence he was out in the open, he noted that the scientist had disappeared and as far as he new the robots must be fully operative. He laughed at the thought that the scientist must have ditched the place to save there own skin.

Talon took a deep breath and unclenched his fist as his blue eyes scanned the area. He desided that there was no point crying over spilled milk, his town was gone and so was his old family. His reason now was to protect all the other kids in the dead town, there dead town!

Kill the lights, These children learn from cigarette burns, fast cars, fast women, and cheap drinks. All these asphyxiated, self-medicated; take the white pill, you'll feel alright!

This can't be happening...

Damien blinked slowly, all he remembered was a flash of light, and then...nothing. He had to be dead now. It was a bomb anyway.
So if he was dead, why did his head hurt so much?
He sat up, dazed, and looked around. He then did a double take. All around him was a broken down, destroyed city. Cars slammed into poles, roads cracked and windows shattered.
"What is this place...?" He murmured, and spotted the other experiments asleep. He then shook his head.
"Oh no....no no no," He grumbled and put his head in his hands. He peeked between his fingers, just to make sure his assumtion was right, and groaned as he spotted the dome's fine glass.
When was it going to end?

...Are we really doing everything over again?
