:*+Kire -||- Shoutetsu+*: Bound to the chair Stripped of a natural freedom Pity not, the being called Beauty ![]() This.. Was a most unfortunate turn of events. Where were the servants? The attendants? The commoners whose sweat and tears existed solely for the comfort of their master and their happiness came with their master’s happiness. Well said master wasn’t happy, in fact said master was very, very, infuriated. Angry, confused, a plethora of feelings that found themselves on virgin territory only adding to the anxiety and helplessness. Slender jet black hands gripped the arms of a wheelchair silently. To think this was all caused by a stupid rabbit and a brief lapse in judgement brought on by the scent of an unfamiliar smell and the curiosity of what it would taste like. That item in the rabbit’s grasp had been so tempting, and now look what happened? If there was anything, anything at all to be learned from this situation, it was that instinct could not be trusted at all, unless one did want to wind up in an unknown area with completely unfamiliar scenes and with nary a helping hand in sight. Stupid rabbit. From now on rabbits were blacklisted for death. Every rabbit that came near Shoutetsu Kirie would die. This was war against the mammals that could rapidly multiply enough to the point where they could threaten the ecosystem of Australia, this was genocide! A brief, ignoble curse escaped pale pink lips while silver eyes glared harshly at their surroundings while taking it in. To think, only moments before was the child resting soundly and quietly in bed with a favorite novel in hand, reading it merely to pass the time as it would go by regardless of whether he opted to try such actions or not. Yes, that book had taken stolen Kirie’s attention completely, and each line was like a sweet drug, leading one deeper and deeper into the addiction until the silence of Kirie’s room had been broken by that rabbit with a lollipop on its head. Common sense dictated that such a thing was merely a hallucination brought on by the earlier years of the kid’s life, especially when it talked. ”This is what I get for adhering to a momentary lapse in judgement stating that I should act on my curiosity for once. Tch. How vile and disgusting this place is.” Kirie frowned, the act of furrowing thin brows and curving lips into a sneer somehow seemed elegant and graceful when done by the Japanese child. Of course it was only natural seeing as how Kirie’s gender was hard to discern thanks to the androgynous nature that Kirie held since birth. The father which left and the mother which followed soon after had obviously noted the fact that the future image of the newborn Kirie would be a beautiful sight to behold, thus the child now had its name. “Kirie” which could stand for pretty, or beautiful, though there could be a better term for such. At the very least it wasn’t a bad name, and Kirie was satisfied that the meaning of the name it carried was one that described its nature very accurately. Though the child would probably look better if smiles and good cheer were worn on that face instead of the constant scowls and looks of irritation. The noise made by a clicking tongue could be heard, being accompanied by the squeaking symphony of a wheelchair, being pushed along by the highly expensive prosthetic limbs Kirie wore. Limbs which he detested but used nonetheless when there was no other option. Staying in one place would not help, there was obviously no way to get back home from where there, being on the move would at least clear the mind and keep it sharp. Maybe there were other people in the same situation, if so then information could be obtained from them, perhaps some that would light the way to returning home. Back to that empty room where there was no one save for a broken child. Of course that broken being wouldn’t be Kirie, who was after all perfection even with the disabilities. |
