This kid sure was apologetic. Delia shrugged it off and pointed to a door to the right of her, trying not to laugh at what Keegan had said. It was proving difficult. "Downstairs," she said. "I think we've got a free bunk right by the kitchen... This is our new assistant engineer, Keegan. Show the kid around?"

Sanji looked at his gear in his arms and looked back at Keegan "Assistant Engineer Sanji, Sir!" He set down his gear and politely saluted Keegan

Slowly following behind Keegan, Alex walked in with the map. With more people in the room, she became alittle more on edge. She set the map out on the table and looked at the island. Maybe there was something there. Maybe there wasnt. If there wasnt, boy would she feel foolish. Now she slightly wished she had kept her ideas to herself.

"I've just gotten into a good mood, and now I'm having a kid dumped on me to show him around?" He asked his captain incredulously. He looked down at the boy. "You don't need to salute me, boy, I'm just a navigator. In fact, I'd prefer you just left me alone until I get used to having you exist." He started off towards the free bunk. "Follow me, then, I'll show ya to your ******** room. I'll let Alex explain the good news to ya Captain, so long as you can hear her!"

"Have fun, you two!" Delia called after Keegan, biting her lower lip to keep from laughing to much. The poor kid was going to be ripped to shreds on this ship.

Desu shrugged off the man's comment about gold's value. He made his way down below deck into his special room. His eyes glanced down upon his invention sighing a bit as he picked up the rather simple rod. Two flat metal pieces seemed to be attached to the sides, a handle resting on each one. He slid his hand down to the small loop that resided upon the bottom. "Well then supply wise all I need is light materials so It shouldn't be to much trouble. The captain does of plenty of clothing I could use that she leaves behind of good durability and fabric." He chuckled a little as he put his invention down to the side.

"Keegan's being nice? Ma'am, I'm afraid for my life." He said with a slight grin before he locked the wheel into place and walked over. "So, do we have a headding for me to set us on?" He asked looking at the girl with the map curiously.

"Not anymore..." Delia said in response to Donnan's comment about Keegan. Again, she tried to suppress her laughter. "God, I love this day."

Sanji sighed and follwed Keegan "Okay, sir..." Sanji gathered his gear and tailed behind Keegan "So where's the engin room." Sanji asked casually until he remembered what Keegan had said "I-if it's not too much trouble." Sanji felt very insignificant on the ship being so young and being called a doormat on his first day.

As the male approach asking for a heading, Alex returned her gaze to her feet. She looked at the map and simply pointed at the small island. "This is where the hints lead us" She said as quiet as before. Then, she fell silent.

Sanji laid his gear on the floor and laid in his bed and sighed. "thank you..." he fell asleep ((g2g))

Delia looked out the window--snow. "Oh, come on!" she said, exasperated. "It was such a nice day!" She sighed and whistled loudly to get everyone's attention. "Oi! Crew! Nearing Khaitland!"

[Mister Keeg]

Keegan stopped suddenly. "Your room is right here." He said, pointing to an empty bunk in the room to his right. "And the engine room is the farthest down this hall. If you break this ship, I'll kill you." With that, he left, back towards the main room. When he arrived, he looked around at the others calmly. Suddenly the room had become enormously crowded.

"So, Keegan, how's the kid?" Delia asked, smirking. "I thought you two would be buddies. That's one of the reasons I hired him, you know."
