~Reyals Luos~

please Make Way...

Reyals finally settled on crazy vanilla and upon purchasing her order slipped out of the ice cream shop and back into the heart of the mall. Although there were a lot of people young Reyals was able to find herself back to where Adrian was by following a particularly nerdy looking man. Finishing up her ice cream before entering, Reyals slipped into the store and moved silently so she was standing near her companion for the night but not invading his personal bubble.

Mizune the Mouse

Mizune laughed and small furry gray mice clambered over her body and instantly the vines were frozen solid and with the slightest movement of the girl, shattered into a million small pieces. " ah.. it seems fire isn't your only powers" She said, giggling in delight. The young teenager seemed to be quiet an interesting girl. " but i have no time to deal with a petty girl like you" she said and turned her back on the girl so she was between Jace and Kira.
As she got into place a thick wall of what looked like gleaming metal vines closed Kira off in her own area and when it opened again the enclosed area was empty of the Mouse lady and Jace.
Medusa was one of the most powerful dark witches in the world and a 16 year old's self taught spells would not be able to do much to her surroundings until Jace was able to defet Mizune and get her.
Hundreds of mice were left behind and although they were small, would be hard to kill for Kira.

Mizune had somehow managed to isolate Jace and stood back, looking at the young boy. " before we get into the boring formalities of fighting, why is it that you have joined that little witchling?" She chittered softly and moved easily in the darkness until she was behind jace and the lights flickered on. " why not join us? Medusa has been watching the rowdy villian young ones, your abilities are very useful and unique. Anyone can find a dark witchling and to think, join the most powerful super villians and you get boosted into the upper levels. " she said, giving the boy space and paused for him to think. " of course.. it is a.. dangerous path, for strong villians and heros as well will be hunting you.. but you seem to like danger and it is exactly what we need in young villians such as yourself. Your partner has too much anger in her... anger clouds the wits and makes her do stupid things" she said, giggling and tutting slightly. " i guess you tagged along for her looks eh? but she is only about 16 years of age, a bit young dont you think?" She purred, mice began filling up the room as she spoke.

((Um Jace and Kira aren't in the mall. sweatdrop ))

"Tempting offer love, but it hardly matters to me, I like challenges more than infamy, and believe me that girl is my biggest challenge yet, besides I came here to kill your boss, and Jace Owens stays true to his word." Jace said summoning some of his past selves, they were only a few minutes apart but he seriously doubted the mouse girl could sense the past most one from a dozen others. "Boys, lets show the rat girl here how we do things." Jace said and was followed by a boisterous "Hell Yeah!" from his past selves. Two of them slowed down time and kicked their opponent into the wall, three more released a hailstorm of bullets on her while three others concentrated on the bullets and sped them mere seconds into the future, and the Jace that had summoned them all sped time up around the mouse girl so her defenses would come and go before the bullets hit, the result was generally what happened when someone got gunned down by an AK-47. Jace relinquished his former selves and walked over to the girl who was barely alive. "Sorry love, you lose." Jace said pointing the gun at the girl's head.

Mizune the Mouse

Mizune let out a soft laugh and her shot up body slowly shimmered out of existance and appeared behind one of Jace's past selves kicking him swiftly against a wall while her long razor blade whiskers shot outwards, stabbing another one through and cutting him clean in half. As soon as she did that about 5 of the figures disappeared along with it. " aw, how cute, but do you honestly think that girl cares what happens to you? She is a witch, we use people. " she said giggling and shook her head. " you cant kill me that easily cutie, but you get an A for effort" she chittered and looked down at the shot up body of a mouse. " you seem to miss the point.. Killing me will take a long time, i am a witch, how do you even know that this is the real me?" she said giggling and looked at the remaining Jaces. " now.. which one is the real you.." she said softly and shrugged her shoulders. " ah it doesnt really matter, ill just cut you all down but im guessing it was the one pointing the gun" she said, laughing her eyes a blazed. It was clear the woman was crazy and didnt mind being a little cut up. " of course.. your powers are quiet annoying" she said softly and her body seemed to disappear once more, appearing somewhere else in the room.
Mice were filling up the room, scampering around the feet of the Jace's and many were morphing into solid rock, anchoring them down to the ground. " Last time we checked, you c ouldn't turn back time, but it seems due to your copies, you have learned how... exactly how much though?" she asked curiously, the boy before her quiet interesting.
It was clear the girl wasn't planning on killing him, just toying with him to see what he could do.

"I'm Jay." I said and smiled before looking over my choices. Browsing over the days left over assortment I poked the glass as I listed off my order. "Two candy apples, red please, five milk chocolate covered strawberries, I'll also take some bubble gum and neon gummy worms. Bag that up for me while I get those last two would ya?" I asked and smiled before scanning the isles for my all time favorite candies.

"Oh sweet they got Hubba Bubble!" I said to myself and took two packs of strawberry-watermelon and snagged a bag of gummy worms. "So who was Romeo a minute ago? Your boyfriend or a regualar?" I asked feeling chatty.

Kira growled. This mouse girl was going to die. Before using her powers to transport back to Jace, Kira conjured up one of her favorite weapons. A scythe that could cut through anything that also had another blade on the end for sword fighting. She reappeared behind the mouse girl, swinging her scythe and cut her head off. " Shows her not to mess with me. " Kira turned to Jace and grinned," She was getting annoying. Am I right?"

Mizune the Mouse

The beheaded body of Mizune disappeared and a headless mouse laid in it's place as the girl materialized behind the girl and dropped kick her in the chest. " dont you know its rude to barge in on a conversation?" she asked softly, glaring at the girl before her as she cut down yet another one of Jace's clones with her whiskers. " sadly, you weren't here to listen, you cant kill me little witchling, for i might not even in this place. She said softly and giggled, her body shimmering out of sight and then back again in a different area.
"and i wouldn't try any more of that transportation? This cave is charmed by more dark magic than anything in that little book of yours, yes, we know about you deary and we know what you can do." She said softly and tilted her head, looking at Jace. " i see what you mean by staying sane around this girl is your biggest challenge, she is quite a handful" She said laughing and circled around so Jace was between herself and Kira.

"You know, I don't see how we can beat her short of setting loose a million cats in here." Jace said then he figured it out, Medusa must have had some way to control her underlings, if she didn't they'd have turned on her a long time ago, so the question was how. Jace relinquished the last of his time copies so he could wind back the clock on the mice. Then he had an idea, he wasn't so great at fast-forwarding but if his newfound partner helped him out, then he might be able to drastically age the mouse girl. "Love, I need your help, I need you to supercharge my powers, don't ask just do it!" Jace shouted then he slowed time then focussed on the real Mizune by following the life-line of time she had, the plan was to accelerate her down that line. Jace finally found her and then grabbed on to her with the same mouse trick she used earlier. "NOW!" Jace shouted and didn't wait for the girl to work her magic, he focused all he had on aging the mouse girl.

Mizune the Mouse

The mizune they were focusing on began shrinking as she aged and what was left was a dead, lifeless wrinkly old mouse. " aw.. what a pity, she was a cute one" Mizune said softly and giggled. " you know, you can kill as many of my mice as you want, but it wont harm me." She said, her voice floating in the cavern inhumanly but her person no where in sight. " the whole aging thing is very smart though, but you see.. i am already 800 years old, you wouldn't have guessed from my appearance, so no matter how much power you have, you can't age me. Why not just ask? It is a great deal cleaner." She said softly, her voice coming from another area.
Her voice seemed to echo along the walls almost as if more then one person was speaking. Or maybe it was infact true, a soft giggle could be heard behind Kira while a loud chittering was heard behind Jace. " sadly, your girlfriend there wont live to be as old as i am, she merely found a tool to learn black magic, it is something that anyone, even you, can learn. But a true witch has their own powers that exceed the limitations of that book" a fourth voice said, the giggling and chittering increasing volumn.
" now then, i have had enough fun with you two.. time to let my college have at it." a fifth voice said and suddenly it became very quiet in the cavern, mice began scurrying away, slipping into small cracks and holes all over the cave and disappearing from sight. An opening appeared before the two and a danky tunnel loomed ahead. It was small, around 3 feet high and 4 feet wide, just enough room for them to crawl through, slowly. " enjoy your stay here" The five voices of Mizune said as the pair neared it and once again, silence save for a soft dripping sound off in the distance.

"Well we might as well leave, thanks Tills, c'mon Reyals lets go check out the rest of the mall, we could go to the candy store if you want." Adrian said looking around to see if there were anymore nerds who might try and take Reyals' picture again.

"Damn it this sucks." Jace panted as he crawled through the hole, he couldn't kill the mouse girl but maybe the next person would die without substituting mice or other animals, and maybe Jace could figure out how Medusa controlled her subordinates. Jace came out of the tunnel first and looked around the room and checked the ammo in his gun, seeing as it was mostly empty he decided to get ammo from his former selves, they gladly agreed and soon Jace was well armed again. "That is the last time I try and kill mouse witches, next time I'll bring a Python or something. he thought as he wondered what Medusa could throw at them next.

Reyals smiled and followed Adrian out, bowing slightly to the girl named Tills and quickening her pace as she moved pass the lines of nerds. " sure we can go to the candy store" She said softly, sticking close to Adrian and looking around. The size and amount of people in the area was les daunting to her and she began relaxing. " what exactly did you buy?" She asked curiously, indicating his bag where he had put his new halo game.

Free the Wolf

" Free, your up" a female voice said somewhere in the room the pair had ended up and a large dark figure loomed up ahead, deep in the shadows. Jace and Kira were now deeper into the cave and there would be no light, which was no problem for the inhabitants of the cave and would probably not be much of a problem for the fire girl. " ah, it seems you have managed to survive Mizune, not that she was trying to kill you" a low voice rumbled from the figure, the sound echoing along the walls and disappearing.
The figure stepped back and melted into the shadows and the two were left in complete darkness and silence, the darkness was so thick that even if Kira lit her whole body on fire, the pair would only be able to see 2 feet around her, which meant Jace and his dopplegangers needed to stick close while not getting burned.

Tilly smiled. "Yeah, see yah Adrian, Reyals." She turned to Liang. "So, Liang, when are you gonna ask Gita out? You guys go all googly around each other." She asked, getting straight to the point and completely disregarding his question.

Just as he way about to answer, she held up one finger. "Hold that thought a moment."

She pulled a megaphone out from under the counter and then jumped onto said counter. "Oi! It is closing time my little nerdlings! But I'm sure that if you get up super early tomorrow, you can come back and still get your copy. We have boo-koos. Now get lost, I have people to do and things to see."

She hopped down as the nerds and nerdettes filed out, slightly dissapointed.

"So, Liang, your answer?" She said, stowing the megaphone back underneath the counter.

Gita blushed a little. "Psht, yeah, uh, no. He's umm . . . just a friend. She said when the Jay came back.

Yeah. They'd been friends for a while. She had seen him when he first developed his powers. She had sat through the beginning weirdness and then the experiments. And then that one time he had miscalculated and almost gotten himself killed, but that was a whole other idiocy story.

"Will that be all?" She said with an easy smile.

"Yeah, it's just a shooting game, but the upside is that if we get in another super fight later I have something else to animate, something a tad better than a giant robot." Adrian said walking into the candy store with Reyals. "Hey Gita, you do realize your candy slave is in the game store right?" Adrian asked walking in and seeing the girl from earlier, this time she had a jacket that Adrian was pretty sure was not hers, but then again Adrian was a bit paranoid.

"Great, now we have another lackey to deal with, hey whats-your-face, you don't use mice to keep yourself alive do you?" Jace asked, praying to dear God that he could at least kill this new guy and just move on to killing Medusa so the mouse witch would die as well. "Hey love, you think we'd be able to light this place up?" Jace asked looking over at her general direction.
