Black strings start to swell out again,twisting and swirling around the doll like being.Slowly but surely they starts to form a thin cloth like skin,moving on to clothing.The strings linking and tieing together to for his atire:A silk looking trentch coat,dark shoes and pants.As they for his gloves he cackles in a strange voice."You can call me.."The strings forming at the tps of his fingers,spawing forth a tall top hat." Top Hat.."He speaks these words as he snuggly fits the hat onto his still faceless head.

Serek bright yellow eyes watch as the darkness seems to enfold around the puppet creating it's attire. As this being, Top Hat, introduces itself Serek can't help but marvel at what this creature is. It is a puppet yet it possess it's own mind and persona. And it is powered by an obvious dark type of energy that manifests itself once absorbing the energy from another. Bringing his left hand up he rubs his temples gently with his fingers obviously having trouble trying to figure out what this creature is. His eyes remain locked on the creatures faceless head however as he contemplates how to go about this. "Top Hat... interesting name. Tell me why is it that you are here? Originally you were sealed here under the ocean floor but I've brought you up while creating an island which we are in now. Your very existence baffles me... you appear to be a puppet but are not..' As he speaks Serek begins to slowly circle Top Hat as if trying to deduce what he is by merely looking him over. But the more he looks upon Top Hat the more confused he feels.

Top Hat's head swirls around,watching this pale one walk about him."I am a being that was placed here after I did some thing...well,wrong.Not my fault anyways,I had not a clue as to how they worked back then with their silly magic tricks and what not."His head clicked as it came back full circle."Now,would you mind taking me out of this dismal place?I grow weak when I'm near all these damn symbols,and its rather taxing for me to drain the life I need to work properly when I'm weak."

@El- As it should! 3nodding As Top Hat speaks Serek comes to a stop once more in front of the creature. Sealed? s**t maybe this time around his curiosity will get him into trouble. But so far Top Hat doesn't seem all that threatening. None the less he will keep an eye on him. Looking around the room Serek eyes up the symbols before slowly nodding his head. Raising his right hand slightly he motions for Top Hat to come over to him. "Well then perhaps I should lead you out of here. My questions can wait until we are on the surface. By the way my name is Serek Orochi." Twirling on his right heel rather swiftly Serek will begin to lead Top Hat through the tunnels. As they leave the dying flame of the crashed lantern behind them however Serek will begin to concentrate his chakra to his hands. A slight indigo glow will radiate from his hands to help illuminate the path before him as they travel down the tunnels. After several long minutes they will at last see an opening before them. Cutting off the chakra flow to his hands Serek will lead top Hat outside onto the surface of the artificial island he created. The island itself being circular in shape with scattered buildings made of rock and iron seen all about. To their left would be the Large island containing the Ninja Rave and to their right will be the giant whirlpool that dominates the very core of the island. |

Clicks and swirls can be heard from his body as they exit the tunnels."Intresting.."The pale,smooth face looks about.He stepped out into the open."Where is this place Mr.Orochi?"His clothing squirms and reforms again and again,almost as if it was hyper,wanting to not stand still.

@Kam- Damnit >_< Well hopefully with my friend here I'll get more practice and get better. I've been more focused on developing my character than fixing my grammar. But what I should keep my actions and speech separate?
Looking over at Top Hat a thin smile forms on his lips. "The islands themselves belong to the Rave which is run by Tobuketsu. He is the shinobi leader that control a group called the Akatsuki in this area. I'm the manager of the Rave building itself which I will show you later. But first..." Turning to face Top Hat Serek eyes the creature up curiously. Before he shows Top Hat anything he will need some questions to be answered. "What is the real reason you were sealed up? Depending on how I like your answer will help me decide whether I simply keep you here, allow you free rein, or send you back into that room and keep you there." His voice comes out in a neutral tone, not a single threatening vibe within. Serek is always one to keep a situation level allowing whoever he is with to be the one to tip it in either direction allowing him to act accordingly. |

Top Hat crosses his arms in a sudden action."You have your secrest, I have mine,besides,it wasn't my fault for that whole thing."Avoiding the subject alltogether,"So did some one creat this island,because they went preaty far down to get rid of me,making sure I wasn't to be found."He leans down to the ground,feeling the ground with his smooth doll like fingers.
