~ Anun noticed the shurikens as they got closer to the group, not knowing exactly who they were aimed at. He just stared at them for a moment or two and then jumped off the roof to be grouped with the others, wondering which one of them would be struck by the shurikens thrown by a hostile. ~

@Dante: [ Er... Xavi had to clean his room, so he may be a while.]

Hector already began to kick himself mentally for not noticing the attack, and as the shurikens drew closer the plan of Dante and Ryo dwelled on him.

" Well this will sure as hell complicates things."

As he spoke he grabbed Demitrius arm firmly, as a dim pulse of chakra rippled from his feet. He was executing a minor form of the kaiten technique, lest his moving was too slow. A weak wall of chakra lashed up from the ground before Hector, in front of the monk, himself, Makero who was behind them unknowingly, and Demi. He shuffled backwards carrying Demi with him to avoid the shurikens, as the wall of chakra would ameloriate their speed. Giving everyone enough time to react sufficiently.

"No, get everyone else away first.."

~Demetrius pulled free from Hector, standing his ground as he looked to him with a nod. He watched the slown down Shurikens before lifting his right hand. The black rose engraving lit up, Demetrius forming his own form of chakra in a sense, symbols, like the ones on his chest, formed around him as a black energy sparked off into the distance like lightning.~

"Go, Hector. I will be waiting for you to get everyone else away. Send out a signal, I will come."

~Demetrius knew his actions foolish to stand there, thena piece of the earth shot up from the ground as to act as a wall of protection. He looked at the wall, turning his attention away from Hector as he growled softly and whispered.~

"May death close his eyes to you, Hector."

Although the attack was equally unknown to her, the abnormal force of the opposing shurikens heading downward caused her to freeze for a short moment before Discretion had carried her backward in a graceful fling backward with a burst of wind. The large rapier now held two runes, the newest unknown according to perpose. Skidding back on her heels, dust and gravel rose to pollute the air about her waistline as her gaze pierced upward as it followed the approaching adversary.

For now she held silent, an unreadable expression upon her face as she resided speechless. It seemed she wished to speak considering the light rising in her chest as she attepted to force the words outward and the lostness of her crystal brilliance of eyes.

[ I knew that, but I didn't see the need for the sheild to effect my attack so I'm going to just pretend that they never touched the sheild because they were aimed, as I said, almost perfectly for their targets.
Oh, well back to character.]

His voice had a bit of scorn to it, Hector didn't want Demi to get hurt on a count of one which the opponent wish to acquire, though he felt Demi's integrity in his speech, and left the decision to him wether he stayed or not to mediate the battle. Turning his head toward the Monk Hector nodded in the opposite direction as to signal a retreat. At the same time he moved towards Makero who seemed to be imobile for reasons neither wished to discuss, as fast as his lunges allowed him to proceed, he came from behind her and sretched his forearm across the top of her chest.

" Come, we must move."

Well Hect did you expect something else from.....
~X heard the splitting of the wind behind him and the pattern of how the weapons moved. And judging by how the weapons moved he was sure they were shuriken. And with the distant sound of the wind, X had more than enough time to throw together a technique of his own and he complied with it so. He kept his arms under the traveling cloak and formed handseals within the moment and muttered the technique to himself seeing as how it would be revealed anyway~
Suna no Tate...
~The earth beneath Hector, X and Demitrius immediately shifted and jumped up and formed a large earth dome about them that was stronger then any metal or substance immaginable as it hardened about them. The shurikens should all have simply hit the sand and either bounced off or just sank in. But as the dome covered the three, X moved straight to forming more handseals~
*Not that i'm going to apologize but i'll just fill you in; I had to clean up the house real quick then mom got home and I had to put the dishes away*

[kaga of the mist]

The sun was about ready to leave the scene and make way for nightfall, as Kaga stood overhead on one of the village houses looking to see if anything was going on or anything that peeked his interest. He needed to see tobuketsu sensei, for more training because of kaga's lacking in ninjutsu. He quickly picked up his feet and dashed over diffrent house jumping high of the houses to the next one at a fast rate so on and so on. On his search, he didnt know if he could find him since his sensei dissapeared an reappeared many times.

~ Anun just went to a crouching position as he watched the fight between the others. He didn't care who won and who lost, it didn't matter to him. But his glowing red eyes were studying the fighters none the less. ~

Finally the door opened revealing a whole new village, Only Hector Habita thought to himself. Steping in through the door Habita began to brush the dust off his cloth, the fine dust moved off the cloth and into the air. Once done the young assassin began to observe his surroundings, looking straight Habita turned into a 360' angle. The village had been built to support many families and traveling allies. Once the scan finished Habita continued walking around the village. His hopes was now to find Hector for a wierd recruitment stuck in his head. Habita made no eye contact to the familiar faces nor did he the new ones.

Sticking to the shadows, a strange figure roamed the streets of this village, leaving a eerie yey quiet rasp. One might think of this unearthly thing to be very ominous, but rather the opposit really. It phased through the walls and weaved through the village at a slow pace, fading out of sight when it hit light. It's glowing eyes peicing through the darkness in a very uncanny fashion symbolizing that of the supernatural. But, in the world of gaia, that seemed to be the norm.

~Demetrius stood there for a moment thinking about what Hector said before heeding his words. He knew the enemy would have a good chance in killing him, but anyone that knew Demetrius and his past also knew that he subcantiously wanted to be with his love once again.
He came to turn away and run after Hector, growling softly. He realized that getting himself killed would only weaken the Akatsuki. He came to be running beside Hector, looking to him.~

"You know that we can stop this. He cannot kill us all, Hector. Is the risk of letting him live a risk strongly considered?"
