Life Is Tough...So Is Un-Life:

A group of teenage girls, best friends even, decide to visit the forest to try to get to the old victorian house. This house has quite the reputation, it is in a forest, abandoned, but no trees grow within 100 yards of the place. It's incredibly hard to find, and the house supposedly has some 'special' inhabitants.

It's a tale, almost as old as the very earth, supposedly, a group of boys desecrated the ancient house, and vengeful spirits came back, cursing them and turning them into blood-drinking monsters that were sentenced to watch over the house and the surrounding forest until the end of time.

But that doesn't matter to the girls, not when they're all sugared up and buzzing with excitement. The girls tempted fate, but will fate tempt them in return?

PLOT:

A group of teenage girls decide to visit an old, supposedly cursed house. The house is surrounded by a huge forest stretching for acres, and the girls in essense, get 'lost' or trapped in the forest and the surroundings.


SETTING:

Takes place in the Midwestern US of A, where the mountains are. There is a city, inside a mountain valley, it isn't big, but the supposed 'Vampire House Story' is well known. The vampires occasionally come to this city, in search of food, but they tend to stay away from it. These girls are from the city, and have lived in it most of their lives.

0) No God-mod, autohit, auto-kill, etc.

1) This shall be declared a Semi-lit to Lit. Rp, so no less than 3 sentences per post, maybe a little less if you have writer's block. (That being said...not one liners!!)

2) No Cybering...no...Just Don't! But on the flip side, Romance is incredibly encouraged!

3) PM the profiles to me, title the Profiles below with either: 'Free the Bird's Song' for human girls, or 'Silence the Bird' for Vampire guys.

4) When posting, colors and your character's picture aren't necessary, but appreciated!

5) I'll start out with 5 girls and 5 boys...I'll add more if we fill all available spots.

6) I cannot stress this enough....We Must Keep the Ratios BTW. Vampires and Humans EQUAL! (just saying it sucks when you have one vampire and 5 girls...use your better judgement, and figure it out)

7)Be Courteous to the other RPers, don't leave anyone out and I won't be forced to hit you with a hammer...m'kay?

8 ) Post at least Once every 3 days....if you're gone w/o telling me for more than a week, I'll send a warning.

Descriptions-

VAMPIRES:

-PLZ no Twilight-oh look at me I can sparkle!- vampires! It's not that I don't respect them...it just isn't realistic. These vampires have some powers like shadow, blood manipulation, etc.
- Vampires must feed once every few weeks if not every week, you are not immortal, and you NEED blood to survive.
- The Vampires in this rp have a marking somewhere on their body to tell they were cursed, put the design with your appearance.
- The vampires protect the house and the surrounding forest, but that doesn't mean you're a good guy...
- the vampires can go out in sunlight, just not for a long time since it makes them weak and it hurts their eyes
- it's almost impossible to kill these guys, unless I suppose you dropped an atomic bomb or something on them, but they dislike holy object like crosses and such.

HUMANS:

- They are what they are, mortal, sometimes selfish, and hard-headed
-No special powers, except for like physical stuff (ex: nimble, running)

The men feared that Ciel's "disease" might spread, and so they left him tied to a tree. It was in this spot that the mansion is built.

Remember This!: Even though I was hurt by the humans who left me, I harbor no deep hate. I've forgiven them, seeing my curse as more of a blessing. It's more fun to live life forever instead of dying after a short, boring one. And, hey, who knows... even though I'm shy of humans, I've always been curious...

Long Forgotten : {Stephan hasn't always been a vampire. He used to live in the city, near the forest, nearly two hundred and twenty-three years ago. Stephan is one of th oldest vampires and uses that to his advantage. He knows most of the tricks which helps him to survive. When Stephan turned eighteen, he got bitten by his girlfriend. At first, he thougt that it had just been come joke, but after a couple of moments he felt his life source being drained out of him. Stephan lost hold of consciousness, only to be awoken in the forest, his girlfriend no-where to be seen. He retuned to the city and lived with his parents and sister once more, never noticng the difference in himself. Stephan tried to drown the burning in his throat, by drinking water and eating, but all of that just made him ill. His skin turned deathly pale and his sn frozen to the touch. Stephan began to die, no-one knew what was wrong with him. Not until he attacked his own sister, Tanisha-Rain. Wihout even knowing it, Stephan drained his sister dry of blood and only realised, when he was out of his trance. Stephan was horrified. Taking hi sister's silver chain, he ran to the forrest, in which he had awoken a monster and stayed there ever since, protecting the house, he found. Stephan's tattoo spreads across the right side of his body.}

Remeber This! : {Stephan tends to be a little cold. He doesn't open up to a lot of people and hardly anyone knows his past. For all anyone knows, Stephan has lived in the wood surrounding the house all his life. He can be caring, it all depends who the person is. If it is someone close to him, Stephan tends to be a little over protective. He loves a challenge and fighting is good with him. The taste of human blood sends Stephan into a dreamlike state and it' hard to awake him from it.}

In The Making: {I was born on the night of May 24th to Karen Judith and Russell Stephen Valdrosta. Both very successful lawyers so family time was a rarity in the house. Part of Me: When you first meet her she is usually shy or stand offish. She isn't good when she first meets people but if they are nice to her she will open up easily. Great...just what Anais needed, another rainy day. A grey sky filled with blue and white streaks of lightning. An annoyed huff escaped through her crimson glossed lips as she stared outside the parlor window watching as the rain fell from the dark sky. It was a 'perfect' way for her to start her day of adventure. As a crack of lightning shrouded the sky, Anais's eyes widened and her heart quickened as she ducked and covered out of sheer habit. When she was little she was struck by lightning, and she had the scar to prove it. It ran down the center of her back as if it were tattooed there. The house was quiet as her parents had already left for their business trip to Colorado, they were going to be gone for a few weeks which was both good and bad.

Her dark hazel eyes gazed over at the grandfather clock as she noticed the time. School was going to start in an hour and Anais couldn't drive as she rode on a 2009 Suzuki GSXR. Taking out her cell phone Anais looked through her list of contacts and stopped on her good pal Letty. A soft smile rested on her lips as she pressed the okay button and held it up to her ear as she listened to it ring hoping that she would pick up and also hoping that she hadn't left for school yet. "C'mon pick up! I know you hear your phone." She spoke softly to herself as she waited for a response.

Sarah looked in the mirror and ran her fingers through her hair. It was short enough that she didn't need do much of anything to it. She sighed and pulled her shirt down, picking up her bag she walked ot the door not to desturb her still sleeping family.She really didn't want to go to school..she didn't want to deal with all the annoyingly mean people but she wanted to go to see her friends. She took a deep breath and vintured down the sidewalk toward school.

then kiro heard the simple worried thoughts of a deer nearby, he subtly told it where to find food, when it came close kiro took aim and fired killing the beast instantly. he brought out a few bottles and filled them before drinking deeply. he sighed with relief as he lay there. after a while he got up and headed home with the bottles and his weapons.

Stephan gazed up at the sky, watching the rain drops fall. You wuld have thought that by having a connection with water, he would enjoy the rain, however it was ot true. Stephan deffinately prefered the snow. It was cold, just like him. Something so natural as snow, made Stephan feel at least a little less innatural. His plae full lips parted a little and a sigh escaped. Stephan didn't like being alone in the forest, however felt as if it was where he belonged. He didn't have a home any more, his family were long gone. Stephan looked down at the leaves settled on the ground and sighed once more. He just couldn't find any place to belong and it bugged him. Stephan jumped suddenly up into a tree. He loved trees, the smell reminded him of the happy times he had spent with his little sister Tanisha-Rain. Stephan became all too aware of the silver chain around his neck. It had been his sister's and had kept it after she died. He undid the first button of his white shirt and took hold of the chain. "I'm sorry, Nisha.." Stephan muttered out into the rain as if the wind would carry his words to his little sister.
