"Yeah, I need a water pokemon and I was looking for some trainers to battle." She told her, starting to walk again. She looked ahead, and already spotted movement. "You said you were looking for a battle?" A boy said, stepping out of the over of the tree. He was about eleven, and looked too overconfident. "Yeah, if you are prepared to give me one." She told him, stepping forward and gesturing to him with her finger, almost flirty looking. She was not flirting, but it was her trademark. "Ayala! Go beat this amature!" She exclaimed, gesturing for her growlithe to move forward. "Growlithe!" It barked, striding forward confidently. "Prepare to lose." She said.
"I choose you! Bidoof!" The boy exclaimed. "Use tackle!" The bidoof imediately charged forward. Briar did not make a command, and her growlithe did not move. At the last second, she yelled, "Dodge! And use flamethrower!" She commanded. Her growlithe did just that, dodging perfectly and hitting the bidoof full on. "Ah! I thought you were a beginner!" She yelled at her. His bidoof did not look good, but it was still standing. Tough. I admire it. She thought. His trainer told it to do water gun. Ayala dodged, but was hit a bit by it. It barely phased her. "Lets finsih this! Roar, then firespin!" Briar called. Ayala's attacks were done perfectly, and the bidoof fell. Ayala barked happily, running back to Briar for a pet. "Great job girl! That was perfect!" She told her, picking her up and rubbing her face in her fur. "Good job." She told the trainer. "But maybe a bit more training before you come across as so confident." She smiled, then walked off, stopping a bit away to make sure Mimiki was following.
