Sash looked back at Chicco and shrugged, holding her stomach tight she took of into the woods, jumping impossibly high and landing deep inside, she heard different noises, voices. She ignored what she could and she went in search of something or someone to settle her hunger. Finding no one near her, she jumped closer towards the village.

Viscen walked back into and held Raines hand
"Do you trust me?"He asked in a calming whisper
"Do you wish to see what I see?"

"I trust you..." Raine repeated, "Yes."
She looked down. He was holding her hand.
She held his hand, it was warm.

Viscen kissed her gently
"By midnight tonight...you will be better,I promise"He said,a smile spread across his face

She felt his kiss...it was brief, but blissful. She smiled at him and held his hand to the side of her face. It was sort of an impulsive thing...feeling so sick she felt distanced from her body, yet something about Viscen seemed familiar and comforting. She closed her eyes. "How do you know?" she asked quietly.

His eyes grew soft as he looked into hers
"Because Im here"He said,his heart was pounding
He wanted to tell her how he felt,he just couldnt find the words

"You're going to keep the Grim Reaper away?" she chuckled. She let go of his hand and sat up in bed, hugging her knees. "It's not that bad...I don't think..." Her hand absentmindedly brushed a stray lock of hair over her shoulder, brushing against her neck as it did so. "What the...?"
She put her hand to her neck again, feeling the two puncture marks. Her eyes went wide. "C-can you get me a mirror?"

Viscen picked the mirror up from the dresser
"Here"He said,handing it to her
He wasnt sure if she would be happy,sad or angry,and was ready to accept any outcome

Sasha returned to the mansion, she lost Chicco back in the woods. He'd find his way back, she was sure of it. She heard Raine's screams. "Viscen? Is it almost time?" She shouted, edging towards the room. She looked in the room, Raine was awake and holding a mirror, she looked pale to Sasha. Sasha dragged her eyes to Viscen, he was looking at Raine.

Viscen picked the mirror up from the dresser
"Here"He said,handing it to her
He wasnt sure if she would be happy,sad or angry,and was ready to accept any outcome

She held the mirror out and tilted it so it caught her neck. Two puncture points were there.
"Did....Did you...?" Her eyes were wide.

"Yes"He whispered,looking at the floor
"Im sorry I didnt tell you..."
Viscen hesitated as he looked up at her
"If you dont want to see me again..I understand,but I advise you to wait untill the transformation is complete"

"T-transformation!?" Raine stumbled back in bed, "I'm going to be a-- I'm not going to die!? I'm...I'm never going to....I'll have to..." She was breathing hard. She broke down into sobs.

Viscen sat back down,his head in his hands
"I knew it was a mistake..."He said sadly
The clock in the hallway rang as it hit 12pm
"The next step..."He whispered"Physical and emotional numbness"

Sasha leaned against the door frame. It was hard against her back. She watched Vicsen talk gently to Raine. "Is she ok?"
She asked him. Walking closer towards the scene.

"Shes in shock."He said sadly
"Its a common feeling...but I still feel so bad"He said watching Raine and hating himself
"Soon she wont be able to feel anything at all...or move and I just hope that after this she doesnt hate me"
